They don’t deserve even one star. Unprofessional customer service! The worst that I ever experienced. I sit in my empty house for 14 hours waiting for my furniture to deliver, their system send multiple messages to confirm the time from morning to 4:30pm then to 8:30pm. I wait until 11pm. But nothing shows up! I called their customer service 10 times, their customer service said they don’t have numbers to call the delivery guy, the only thing they can do is send him an email and let him to call me back. Can you believe that?? They literally shouldn’t in the market.

Raul delivered our new vanity, purchased from Lowe’s, 6 days ahead of schedule. He was very professional, allowed us to view the contents for damage, and cleaned up afterward. Also, he parked his truck in the street to avoid dripping oil on our brand new driveway. He represented Pilot in the best way possible. Also, Jamie at the Jax Florida office was very helpful rerouting the vanity, which was inadvertently sent to the wrong address in Florida. Great team effort by Pilot!

We received a call today from Raul (from Pilot) stating that he was in route to deliver the theater recliner we ordered from Sams Club (Morrow) for my moms bedroom. Per the website, the recliner was not supposed to be delivered until Sunday. Wow! they were early and we were excited. The courtesy call was professional and polite. He explained that the box the recliner was coming in was damaged and dirty so he would deliver it to the front door, take it out of the box and put the recliner inside of the front door. He did exactly as he said and went above and beyond what was expected of him. He took the large box and all of the extras with him. It was really a personal experience and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. This is my first encounter with Pilot and what a pleasant experience. Raul made this experience memorable. Thanks again!

Would not recommend. What’s the point on having a scheduled delivery date, when the package isn’t gonna be delivered. Called more than once to confirm if my package is even there. Should I just drive there and pick up my package myself?

This is the worst delivery service. EVER! They really deserve no stars. I placed an order with Ikea back in February and got a delivery date of June. I was okay with that because it had to do with Ikeas stocking issues. However, when that date came, I received a text and confirmation that they (Pilot Delivery) were on the way and then...nothing! The next thing I got was an email about how they could not deliver. What??? So, I called and got another delivery date for July and then when that date came...nothing! After I complained, I was given another date. So, like before, I got a text saying I would get a delivery between 12 and 4pm, and then, you guessed it...nothing! I finally got the number to the Pilot delivery service in Atlanta only to find out they lost my package- it never scanned in. This is BEYOND unacceptable! I plan to write to the president of this sketchy outfit and also make my sentiments known to the IKEA corporation.

They have had my package for almost 3 weeks and now they cannot find it, but assumes that it is still sitting on the dock somewhere. When I called back in mid Dec BEFORE Christmas a very nice lady initially told me it was there and was going to be transferred the next day. Same lady has now explained to me almost 3 weeks later that it was slated for transfer to the next delivery service but that never happened and so they have to go find it and someone will call me back with the status. Sigh...did I forget to mention that it took me TWO WEEKS just to get someone to even answer the telephone AND their corporate office doesnt actually answer (with a human) but has an automated answering service that will keep you on hold for OVER an hour... It may not be their norm but right now this SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. They really need to do better.

I’ve been having issues for two days. First when the item was scheduled for pickup, no one called to inform me the driver will be late. Next, driver get to my house and says “oh I can’t go into the basement.” The item was too heavy to bring up the steps and he didn’t have an hour to wait or come back since the mistake was clearly on them. I had to take some items out of the box and get help to lug it upstairs, made another appointment for the next day with the supervisor just for him to schedule it the wrong day, be off that day and now I have to get help getting the item back in the house. I have called, these employees have bad customer service and now I’m being inconvenienced because the supervisor messed up. I don’t want to order ANY KIND OF FURNITURE from ANY retailer at this point because they are going to use this company to assemble the Item and to pick it up if I have issues again.

Didnt show up twice for scheduled delivery of a couch, didnt call or contact us when the delivery was missed, had to wait over 2 hours on hold to get someone on the phone, this was one of the worst consumer experiences I have ever had across any transaction I have ever made. If you are researching shipping companies, dont even think twice to scratch Pilot off your list. They are the cheapest for a reason. I am not sure what you are shipping, but it is likely of value - do not get cheap to save a couple of bucks and trust Pilot to handle the delivery. Its just not worth it.

Terrible... can never get anyone to help with issues and they never reply to emails or calls. I’ve gotten a message to schedule my delivery for over a month now going into the second and they never managed to deliver it. They made me schedule and miss out of work four times already just for them not to do their job and head out with the delivery. Then they say it’s Because of the pandemic. If that was the reason they shouldn’t waste my time on making me schedule a delivery date and stay home to sign for the package if they won’t deliver it on the date assigned. Anyone under here who says they have great customer service are fakes. Because all the one stars are almost all related no response to us.

Horrible.How does a freight company lose a carbon fiber hood? Yea right. You schedule delivery appointments for nothing, local customer service and the main customer service numbers are useless. Placed on hold for hours or just got hung up on. If this business goes under, it’ll be their own fault.

Would give zero stars if I could. I have been calling this office all morning and nobody has answered. Covid or not, that is unacceptable!! Not to mention my package showed a delivery date of 1/8 between 11-3- which I never scheduled but was pleasantly surprised - until it didnt show. I called the corporate number (several times actually with a few dropped calls) and after an hour and half of waiting, they advised it had actually JUST arrived in Atlanta and to call the Atlanta location. . .which Ive been doing to no avail. ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. I ordered a Christmas present on December 3rd and got an email saying it was shipped out on December 8th. I got another email from them on December 11 saying it would be delivered on December 22nd between 10am-6pm. We called them on the 22nd to make sure it was coming because it is a Christmas present from Santa so we needed it. We had to call them several times before someone answered the phone. They said its there but it hasnt been shipped out. So we told them that we would come pick it up tomorrow. So we drove almost 3 hours there to get it. They said they opened up at 9 we arrived a little before that. When we got there they said it would be another hour before they would load it. It was only one thing and it wasnt that heavy. So we came back an hour later and then they told us that it would be another 2 hours before they would load it. Finally one guy said he would help us out if he could find it. Finally we got it and was on our way. Very poor service with answering phone, customer service inside the place and same inside the loading dock. For only one thing that could have been picked up and loaded that would have took less than 5 minutes after we drove 6 hours around trip since they couldnt deliver when they were supposed too or call to let us know it wouldnt be there that day or really when it would be here.

My delivery was supposed to be delivered today. My wife got on website to check and it stated attempted delivery. So I called to see what was going on and the lady I spoke with stated the driver put in notes that he tried calling(this never happened). And also put he knocked on my door and got no answer. So the driver supposedly walked by me and 5 other grown men that have been replacing siding on my house all day to knock on my door without sees any of us or us seeing him or the delivery truck. That is impossible. This driver lied and never attempted to deliver my package. Even the lady that I spoke with couldnt get in touch with the Atlanta office. Now its a waiting game to try and get package. They picked the package up in Savanah, GA on the 18th of December and I only live roughly 5 hours away from there and only 45 mins from Atlanta.

COVID is NOT an excuse to continually use due to poor service and unorganization!!! UPS, Fed EX and Amazon have all had excellent service during COVID and the Holidays.First shipment of a $500 rug from Walmart got lost in transit. Walmart agreed to ship another rug w/rush shipping. 3 weeks later, Im getting mixed messages, texts say one date of arrival, tracking order states a completely different date of arrival. both dates change daily. Waited for nearly an hour on hold to get a human, then got hung up on. Im so fed up!!!

Me and my husband ordered our sons 600$ Santa present (monster truck) on the 8th through Walmart. It was sent to pilot freight on the 11th. We are yet to receive it, sadly I fear not in time for Christmas. It’s almost impossible to get anyone on the phone, and after calling and being hung up on several times, I would not recommend!! Diana & Alicia are the ONLY professional responders, who actually are able to show compassion and attempt to help with any issue you may have. Thank God for people like these two ladies that work there!

Still waiting.... I had a delivery scheduled for Monday and made sure I was home all day to sign for it, no one ever came. I was on the phone most of the day Tuesday trying to track the package. I scheduled another delivery for today, made sure I was home all day. Once again no one ever came!!! I had to call and schedule another delivery. I am beyond mad and I cannot believe these large retailers use this company! Everyone I have talked to on the phone has been very nice, but that doesn’t help the fact that I still don’t have my package.

Package did not arrive, no updates, and the national office was not able to reach the local office as they had left for the weekend already. After going through Amazon I finally got through to a supervisor who magically was able to produce a number for the on-call representative all of a sudden! They then confirmed that, in fact, my shipment was not coming and I had in fact spent an entire Saturdays daylight sitting at home waiting for a package that would not arrive. None of this would have been confirmed of course if I hadnt hounded them for an hour of that same Saturday. They obviously cannot reschedule me since it is the weekend, and they definitely cannot get it to me on Monday since they are booked that day. Unfortunately, their reputation did precede them and this did end up meeting my expectations for Pilot Freight Services.

Easy in and out delivery. Was unloaded within 35 mins. Staff was friendly. If Pilot was the broker make sure you have consignee prints, sign,date, and puts your out time on each bill. Decent size parking lot. Truck stops 35 mins up the road at exit 201. Flying J. Pilot, and loves.

Incredibly disappointed in the customer service with Pilot Freight Services! I had a scheduled appointment from the typical 10-2 window on a Saturday 9-7-2019 and I called at 12:14 to verify delivery and see if I could narrow down the delivery time. I was told the truck is running late, and I would get delivery shortly after 2, possibly 3. I called back around 4:30 to get a better idea of when I would receive delivery and was told all deliveries had been completed and all the drivers had gone home for the day. UHHH...basically speechless. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional, now Im being told it will be a few more days to get delivery. My first appointment was scheduled for 9-5-2019 and I requested to push the date back two days to receive on a Saturday. 4 phones calls later Im told there will be no delivery for a few more days. I Scheduled my whole weekend around getting delivery today, even rescheduling a business meeting.As a side note: my business relies heavily on good Google reviews and I very rarely leave a negative review as I know personally how bad reviews can affect a business.

The absolute worst. They can’t seem to understand what a delivery date / commitment is. They rechecked the delivery 3 times, the on the third time had the audacity to call me 20 minutes before delivery and said the could wait ANY minutes for me to get home. I refused delivery right then and there. Yet they REFUSED to acknowledge it for one week. Needles to say the held my money hostage for over a week while they worked through they worst system ever. Horrible service. Sams order I placed on Dec 2nd. Sams gave me a delivery date of the 10th. Pilot changed it to the 13th. Never showed, no call, NOTHING. After multiple calls to Sams, pilot and the 3rd party they have making the delivery, my order will deliver on the 31st??!! No effort to apologize from anyone.

If I could give ZERO stars I would...I have been waiting on a package for weeks. I have called the national numbers over 10 times without a clear answer. The service representatives have been rude, condescending and unhelpful. I ordered a Christmas gift from Best Buy which was given to Pilot for delivery on 11/26 with a delivery date to my home of 11/30. Its now 12/11 and there isnt a time frame in which I will be receiving my delivery which cost $90.00 to ship.The address that Best Buy provided Pilot was correct (I have confirmed on multiple occasions); however, my package somehow was sent to Ohio instead of Georgia and then lost and unable to be located. Per my last conversation with an extremely rude and unprofessional service representative, the inaccurate address was not their problem and was irrelevant since the package was lost. Im not schooled in logistics, but logic would tell me the package is lost because the address is wrong...If you can avoid using this company I would highly recommend staying away.

I ordered a Kahuna massage chair (260 lbs) that was shipped from CA via Pilot. After reading reviews I was ready for the worst. Tracking worked - it arrived in Atlanta early Friday, and by Tuesday afternoon (Monday was a holiday), sure enough, they hadnt called me for a delivery appointment. One star off. But when I called them, they made the appointment at a mutually agreeable time. Im 30 miles north of ATL, but delivery showed up about 30 minutes into the 4hr window. This was also a standard delivery, and I expected them to drop it at the curb, but the guys got the dolly without a word and brought it through the front door. Im 68 and having back trouble, I would have been out of luck otherwise. The offer of a tip got them to try putting it in the bedroom, but it was too big for the door. Anyway, I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Id just call for the delivery instead of waiting for them to call.

Awful awful very rude and disrespectful. I ordered a freezer from sams club a month ago and still have not received it. The two times they showed up they didnt call didnt knock they didnt do anything. My husband was home both times. They rescheduled for today and once again they can not deliver. Dont ever use this company. Worst customer expierence I have ever seen. The driver refuses to come back out and deliver.

I had a TV delivered through Pilot Freight last week and dont think it could have been a better delivery experience. The TV was shipped from Ohio to Atlanta. I contacted the Atlanta Pilot office the day after the TV left Ohio. The lady I spoke to there was extremely helpful. She confirmed the TV had arrived, she promised to call me back once it had been scanned in to arrange a delivery time. She called back when promised and set up a delivery time. The delivery guys called twice that day - once first thing in the morning to confirm my delivery for that day and again within 30 mins of arriving at my place. At every point of my contact with Pilot they were friendly, polite, helpful and they met every commitment they made to me in my dealings with them.

This is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a 75 TV from Sams club November 10th. This company received it on November 16th. Said they scheduled a delivery with me on the 19th. But I never had contact with anyone from this company. They had it set up for November 27th. They kept it 12 days at their warehouse instead of delivering 60 miles away. And I took the day off work for delivery and they never showed up. I had to call them to find out anything, Called Sams and cancelled this order. Hope they quit using this company.Its making me give them 1 star they dont deserve.

I love my mattress but hated the delivery. I ordered a mattress from through the Walmart website Oct 4. The freight company Pilot called me Oct 11 and said the mattress would not be delivered on October 12 as stated on the Walmart website, but would be delivered Oct 17 which was seven days later. I tracked my Mattress to an Atlanta Pilot warehouse which is 3 hours away. The mattress sat for 7 days in a Pilot warehouse waiting to be delivered. When at long last the mattress arrived, it was sad that Pilot sent one man to deliver the mattress who obviously had a difficult time lifting a Queen mattress box and carrying it in the house alone. I really think if Walmart will continue to use Pilot Freight services, they would advise the company to invest in hiring more Truck drivers to make deliveries on time and Assistants to help those drivers to carry the big mattress boxes.

Horrible place to deal with and very angry the company used these people to ship my stuff. date was december 5th when it was supposed to be dropped off, I call and get 3 different people all giving you the empty sorry. then get told on the 6th it be dropped off....guess wht. still nothing so I call back and get told today before 5pm. its 4pm and after now taking two days off work im left with being told tomorrow. and by being told is me calling. turns out that danny the manager of this company held it another day and now thats 3 days waiting. I wont ever be using this horrible company and will cancel my orders whenever I find out their being used. I hope everybody steers clear of this horrible place Rude, 0 in customer service and evern worse as nobody gives you their names so you cant complain.

I have been waiting on my 70 inch tv for a month now and I feel like I have been robbed. This is such a shame. They should be investigated and shut down ASAP.
