Carrier was used by Wal-Mart.com to ship the tv that i ordered. Received email informing me it was shipped and that gave me the day it was to arrive. I made arrangements to have someone here to receive it but was notified on delivery day that it would be the next day, so had to have someone here then as well. No real problems and the box was handled well when removing it from the truck and was in excellent overall condition.

I liked getting a text a day ahead of time to set up a window of time for delivery 🚚. They even text me 30 minutes prior to arrival.of course I had the option for no signature delivery,But this was 2 big packages 📦 I wanted to make sure they were in good shape when they arrived.They were so professional, great personalities and seemedTo have great pride in what they do. Great customer service!

I would advice anyone that plans on using this company to think twice. I ordered a grill through Walmart on 3/15 the grill was supposed to arrive on 3/23. That was fine with me. Then I get notification that the delivery will be delayed and that an appointment has been set for 3/26 12-4 pm delivery. Not only did no one show up but they didn’t call. I called the company several times and was on hold for excess of 30 min before the call ended without speaking with anyone. Finally on 3/27 after holding for 45 min someone answered the phone and the only thing he said was that I should receive a call within 24-48 hours. This was a birthday gift and plans were made to use it this weekend. This company is a joke. And buyer beware. If you get them as the delivery company please cancel your order

Update: I finally got my package today! July 13 after multiple calls and posting reviews etc!Previous reviews are correct if u order from Walmart and it’s ship by efw u need to cancel ur order. I ordered pool from Walmart and I prep my ground for this pool, I buy a salt system separately from the manufacture, I got everything really except the pool still not arrived. I been waiting for the pool since jun22 2021. The company picked up the package around June 23, supposed to deliver it on June 30. It’s in their Atlanta center on jun 25. It’s only 1 hour 30 minutes away from my home. I called them on July 3, July 5, July 7, July 9, July 11, July 13. Every time I call they told me to wait 24-48 hour for the driver to contact me, guess what, never got contact from them. So I have to keep contacting their customer service, every time I have to wait 30-120minutes before someone will answer the call. I even write an email to them 2 times. No response for the email. So sad I can’t cancel this order because I prep the ground buy the separate pool parts and pull the permits, spend money on hire electrician on new electric wire, etc. I need my pool! I need my pool!

Delivery was smooth and efficient. Customer service did a great job keeping me informed.The driver was great. And when I called regarding one item being damaged, I got through right away and customer service immediately processed an order for a replacement part, no charge.This is a first class operation.

The worst customer service.. I placed an order on Walmart mid May and was supposed to receive it beginning of June. Now its June 28th and still nothing.. when talking to them they have the nastiest attitude and hang up on me.. will definitely look for a different freight company whenever target or Walmart assign Estes Forwarding!!

Afriad my shipment is lost, main number said they called and emailed to update shipping but so far nothing, it has been a week past the delivery appointment with no movement on my grill I ordered from Walmart. Very frustrated and it takes an hour each time I call customer service to finally answer with little ability to help remediate my issue.

Never delivered my tv from Walmart that I paid $99 for delivery service. Had to cancel my order after they said they didnt have a route coming my way and it sat for over a week in a warehouse.

It was perfect from beginning to end. It was package incredibly awesome to protect my item Horizon T101 treadmill. You get what you pay for and it was worth every penny. I love it and I deserved it.

Everyone was very communicative from the initial scheduling of the delivery date to the drop off. Delivery man was very professional and gave me ample notice when he was on his way. Great experience overall!

TO go pick up our own Merchandise. WALMART!!!! HEAR US!!! Get involved or stop using them . IF you cannot be responsible for making sure your product is delivered-- then dont sell the product. This is just another blow to me never using Walmart for ANYTHING at ALL> GET SOME OTHER OPTIONS OR LET US GET OUR THINGS AT THE STORE. They were very helpful. They delivered on time. The only place that did not have a 2+week hold on delivery. Customer service responded in a timely fashion every time and kept me up to date on delivery.

Terrible. Even when forced to use themHad to return a nordictrack treadmill which arrived doa and couldn’t be fixed.sadly this was the company they chose to pick it up and return it. But they still haven’t picked it up. The date has come and gone, no pickup. Despite repeated calls to their “service” line (each with a hold time of over forty minutes) they say they “should” be here sometime soon. If you want to anger your customers, this is a good choice for freight, in my experience.Changed to three stars - call from a supervisor owning the issue. Encouraged that I have a bee date. We’ll see if they show

I am providing Estes the highest possible rating because I am so impressed by the two delivery professionals who delivered the LG 70 TV ordered from target to my home yesterday on 10/29/2020. I really appreciate their service. I had requested a phone call half hour before they arrived - and true to their promise, at 9:55 AM I got the phone call. Then they arrived on time around 10:30 AM - and thanks to their phone call, I was already waiting downstairs with my buildings dolly (wheeled trolley) so they really helped me by unloading it onto that dolly instead of their own. This made it so easy for me - and after then based on my request even though the service was to the door but because the TV was huge and wide - and they could see I cannot easily or safely maneuver the dolly - one of the delivery person quickly helped me roll it into the elevator all the way to my apartment on the 8th floor - all in less than 2-3 minutes!!! That efficient and fast... so while the entire delivery took very few minutes - this extra gesture that cost him 2-3 minutes won my heart because he could have so easily said - sorry, we only deliver till here which is the correct expectation. It is rare to see this above and beyond attitude and I am very thankful for it.I would have struggled if I had maneuver such a wide and heavy TV alone - even with the dolly alone and at my home - it would have taken two people to lift it off the dolly to the floor - so I would have to call my neighbor - this 2-3 extra minutes he spent avoided any of this - so I really appreciate them going ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. Thanks again for your companys professionalism and I am now enjoying the TV you so carefully delivered to my home :-) I wish I wrote both their names down. If there is a way for you to let them know how happy we were - please let them know.

Delivery time was faster than expected and my package arrived with absolutely no damage! I completely expected to have some damage due to it being over 300 pounds. No damage to me means the package was handled with care from the moment it was picked up to the moment it was delivered. Delivery guy asked where we wanted the package prior to leaving it. Lost a 250lb gazebo package. No one at Estes can tell me where it is or what truck it is on. I only live 3 hours away from where it left and only one hour away from where it is home delivered from. Yet after 2 weeks it still hasnt got to me and no one knows where it is.

EFW did a good job of delivering my treadmill on the day the appointment and within the time frame set up. My only complaint is I did not receive the phone call from the driver when he was 30 minutes away. Its not a huge issue right now as I am working from home, but had I been working in the office like normal, I would not have been here to open the garage for him.

The package was delivered when promised and the guys called when they were on their way. The guys who did the delivery were very courteous and polite. The treadmill weighs 400 pounds and it did not faze them. The box was pretty beat up on one side. Its probably because its so large and heavy but it is a little disconcerting to see your brand new treadmill box all ripped apart on one side.

Jesse, the driver was great, he called ahead and showed up within the window I was told. I had to call company to setup delivery time/date. The treadmill box was beat up and covered in dried mud which worried me but it was well packaged and everything was ok. This is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars, otherwise they are a solid delivery company

They phoned to make certain someone was home and then delivered promptly. Although the item was damaged--it was interior damage--nothing to do with the shipping.

EFW delivered a 300-pound treadmill and assembled it in our basement (we did pay about $240 for the white-glove delivery). Neither my husband nor I had to lift a finger. Literally the first time weve had a heavy piece of exercise equipment delivered where it wasnt a giant pain in the you-know-what for all involved. Money well spent for a job well done. Highly recommend.

My delivery guy was awesome. The weather was atrocious with a fresh snow storm that looked quite like a blizzard. He not only had good communication with me, but he was in good spirits about it.
