Discrimination against female drivers. I met all requirements and was told to call back on a Monday. He never answered the phone. Just say you dont hire female drivers or black female drivers problem solved and you wont be bothered by any. And the requirements was checked when I called the headquarters to make sure what they were before I applied.
We had a Flat Rate shipping account that they have billed us over $1,100 for what should have been a $200. These people have been extremely difficult to work with and have no care for customer service at all. We have tried to work on these with them multiple times and it is hard to even get someone to talk to you and they refuse to honor the Flat Rate pricing we were sold on. They also are unable to provide a contact copy where we ever agreed to them being able to go outside of the agreed pricing. They did so without any notification to use. The item is worth less than they billed us for. Avoid them at ALL cost. You will just end up pay more in the log run.No our shipment was not oversized or weight and their was no lift-gate used.
Best company I’ve ever worked for. Sure any job has there up’s and downs but they’re good people here. I’ve been here 6 years and I love it. Home daily, off on weekends what more could you ask for. Great pay and great management. Hank, Rick, Fred, Rob are great people. They take care of us, new trucks almost every year. Can earn extra money if needed, they also have day and night line haul drivers. They are just all around a great company.

By far the worst carrier I have ever used. They are late to scheduled appointments and end up having to reschedule entirely. Central Transport also does not set valid appointments. Their drivers depart their facility at 9:30 am and then base their delivery path off of which route works best that day; therefore, not always meeting appointment times. This does not work well when the delivery needs to go to a loading dock with set scheduling. When they are late, the driver will not wait longer than 30 minutes. So they basically do not guarantee a delivery appointment time, and will not wait when they are late for their appointment. They also do not call you when these delays occur, even though shipments are marked as high importance. This has happened on more than one occasion when using this carrier service. Highly disappointed. Stick with CH Robinson.
Theres always good truckers delivering good stuff to different stores and working hard to do it to do and what they need to do
Never really had any issues with bringing loads in or out until this morning decided to work through the weekend linehaul not answering the phone going on 5hrs now cant get in gate to drop trailer hopefully its just a fluke situation
The worst company I have ever worked for. They put me out there and thrower me to the wolves. There no safety out there on the yard. I was told to drive a tractor with no lights on it at night. I just cant believe the way they did me on my first day. Worst experience ever.
Shipped two items, A Billiards Table and a Hoover Hockey Table on the same day through Central, driver was pre-occupied on the phone, he swapped the BOL on the items sending the items to the wrong customers. The Hoover Table was recovered and sent to the rightful owner but the Billiards Table was misplaced by them, finally returned to us in a Filty and Broken condition, completely demolishing the table, there were even boot prints all over the Table. On filling a claim Central kept us hanging around for 120 days only to say We have reused your Claim! Wow, you tear up a $1000 table sending it in the wrong direction, misplace it and return it in pieces and Deny our claim...Never will we ever ship with this company

Discrimination takes place here. With all the requirements met, completing 2 applications and 2 interviews Rick Mayfield refused to hire me AFTER telling me to wait for a call or call on certain days. One day i called early and he answered the phone. Realizing it was me stated youre too early call back in 2 hours why when you can tell me right now while im talking to you. I called back he never answered. Emailed, and left voicemails-nothing. Considering filing an EEOC. charge against the company. Ridiculous tactics
Worst company in the history of trucking. Micro-managed, trash managers, Rick Mayfield, Fred Burter are trash. Danny Ball? Trash. They great ppl they hire, they dont even deserve, this company deserves to die with its old ass greedy owner. These fools payed me for sick days i didnt have and when it came time to give me my last check they said i didnt have one. Its ok though, i payed em back handsomly!

My Husband Work There & This Job Is So Unprofessional, If You Tell Them The Hours You Can Work, They Will Tell You That You Have To Stay Longer Or If You Dont You Will Get A Point Or Lose Your Job. This Job Need New Management & Better Supervisor

Worst transaction company ever, the told 7 days to get my product from Florida to Georgia answer I still have not received my shipment, bare in mind it 8 hrs to drive from Florida to georgia..wish I could give the 0 star but had to so people can be inform about them.
