This was my first home buying experience so I was very nervous about the process but, Becky and Inga made it so efficient and organized. They were always available for questions. Through email, text and call. If you needed one of them they got back to me right away. Victoria, was always available to show us a house safely night or day. Becky was my champion in negotiation. What she was able to secure during this time, a seller’s market, was unbelievable and really set me up to have some more cash for home improvements. Inga, checked in every Friday. Everything I needed to know was organized in a packet and e-mail with a checklist. All inspections were set-up and appointment to fix problems were scheduled for me. After purchase, she even sent a list of utilities, trash and recycling for the house and a reminder to apply for my homestead exemption. Even after closing an issue came up and they didn’t disappear. Becky helped me address the issue right away. I really can go on and on about how great they were. I know they had my back and when I’m ready to by another house (a long time from now 😅) I know who to call.TL;DR - Do yourself a favor and use this company. Working with Red & Company has been an amazing experience. Being a military family that moves frequently, we know finding a home that you both love and can afford can be challenging!From the first day of showings it was clear that they LISTENED. When I started my home search this time, I asked for recommendations for real estate teams from family and friends. I cant say that I was pleased with the team I worked with for my first home purchase so I wanted to do my due diligence this time. While searching for homes I was debating if I even needed a Realtor or if I could get a better deal by saving the seller from paying commission. Our experience with the Red and Company team has been truly amazing. Buying a new home is stressful not matter how much you plan, but Becky and her team made the process so smooth I literally do not think I had a stressful moment throughout the whole process.My wife and I knew we wanted to purchase a home but were concerned we wouldn’t be able to sell our current home and purchase a new home at the same time but wanted to at least voice our concern to Becky.When she first arrived at our home, Becky was very professional and walked us through the whole process, what we can expect and listened to our concerns. I really felt like Becky had our best interests in mind. She then got us set up in the system and it was off to the races.First it was the home stager. The home stager stopped by, gave us greats tips on how to showcase our home to maximize the presentation to prospective buyers. Once we got our home staged, we were officially listed. Becky was very strategic to pre-list our home on a Thursday but not take any appointments till the weekend hence drawing a buzz. This apparently worked because we were able to get our first offer within a week. A WEEK!!! The first offer was a low-ball offer and Becky stayed firm on the value of our home and therefore I was able to sell our home at 99% of the list price. This was a huge deal. A price I didn’t even feel confident that we could get but somehow Becky made it work.Next it was finding our new home. The Red and Company really rolled out the red carpet for us as her whole team was on stand-by for us and each member took us out to view homes. A big shout out to Lynn, David, and Taylor. Each person was professional, kind and patient with us throughout the home search. We eventually found our perfect home but I felt it was slightly overvalued. Despite what I felt I could purchase the new home for, Becky knew she could negotiate better. We purchased our new home for much lower than what I thought we could get it for and also negotiated nearly 100% of the closing costs.Overall, the Red and Company were fantastic to work with I am now a customer for life with them. Since then I have referred them to multiple friends and family.To put things into perspective, beginning in January I told my wife we would not be able to purchase a new home this year but in March we spoke with Becky about our options. We listed our home at the end of March, got an offer one week later, found a new home one more week later and closed on both homes in May for a smooth transition.
