1st red flag was my recruiter taking it upon herself to reschedule an interview I had, without consulting with me first. After taking my background check and drug screen I heard from absolutely NO ONE. By the time I was supposed to start I still had it received any equipment. Recruiter’s number is going to someone else now and the manager I interviewed with would not even respond. I’ve worked with staffing firms before but this experience with Kforce was awful. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Matt was very quick in responding and arranging things for me during interview process. He was very spontaneous to resolve all doubts i had in onboarding process. Matt would be the first person i would recommend to my friends who are willing to work with KForce in future.

By far the worst employment agency Ive EVER experienced! Received an offer completed all new hire documents and worked a 2 week notice at my former company. I was called by kforce and informed their contract with the company ended 48 hours prior to my start date. Do not work for Kforce they are not reliable!

One of the best staffing firms Ive experienced in Atlanta. They were extremely helpful and made the process easy and seamless. They invited me into their office for a pre screen, then after I was required to take an online assessment that took about an hour to complete. In the end, I believe it was worth it because it opened the door to better opportunities and gave me a competitive advantage over others. Stephanie Clark took the time to hear my interests and tried her best to align me with an equal opportunity at an established firm.Before each of my interviews, she would touch base and debrief me on what I should expect. There were even times when some of her colleagues jump on the call to give interview tips. (I also worked with Hannah McAllister)

This company is a fraud!!! Liars!!!!! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!!
