Gladys is VERY rude and unprofessional. I never started my job here because of them and their “sister company” being so unorganized. Gladys called me with an attitude. I told her there was no need for an attitude. She continued to cut me off as I tried to explain my situation and talked to me as if I was a child. So, I hung up on her and tried to call back go speak to someone more professional and of course no one answered. This company is a JOKE. I would never recommend anyone to Coworx or Access Staffing. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I have been working with this Staffing company since October of last year. They got me placed in a great position almost immediately. They have always been responsive to all of my inquiries and requests for assistance.

Went in to take my drug screen and for the most part it appeared professional. w/Kelly. Kelly asked that I complete my I-9 and to give her a call when I completed it. Once I called back, I asked for Kelly and Gladys answered the line. She was very short. Gladys asked if I had Kellys email and I stated no. She then asked how was Kelly and I communicating and I stated over the phone. She then asked if I had another email to communicate with Kelly on and I advised no. She stated I just gave it to you rudely which she hadnt. After the rude experience, theres no way I can work for an unethical workplace. Runnnnnnnnnnn.

This company reached out to me and scheduled a 9am virtual interview. They never sent me an email with what platform to use. I called and they asked if I could reschedule for 9:30am the following day, to which I agreed. Here I am today, no one is answering the phones or returning text messages and I have been stood up for the second day in a row. This cost me potential interviews during the time frame I had set aside for this company. Extremely unprofessional!
