My main concern was to make this arrangement since I have no close Family that I would even consider leaving them to schedule my arrangements . Mark was an absolute professional and knowledgeable counselor. All went as seamless as it could and at no time was there any concern or doubt that he wouldnt handle anything correctly. Very important at such a time.

Death is inevitable, might as well get one’s wishes aligned while one is lucid and can think things through clearly…And when the time comes, there won’t be any loose strings, or misunderstood requests, or burdening family and/or friends. Very thought-provoking process, ease of outlining the steps and being able to define what I want…gives me a sense of peace.

Mark at Neptune Society in Atlanta was both professional and so kind. Losing my father was sudden and my family and I were lost. He was so patient and lovely to work with. My experience was easy and even pleasant, thanks due to the representative (Nick). Every question answered immediately and completely made the process very comfortable...and Ill admit I had put doing this for quite a while. Well, it was perceived as a horrible action to face, but it could not have been easier. Now I dont have to think of this again.

Nick, the pre needs gentlemen was outstanding. His customer service is the best anywhere. A true professional.

A very wonderful experience from the beginning. Canaan was very personable and helped with whatever I needed and answered all questions. He was very kind. Yesterday was a month since my mom passed away and today she would have been 93 years old. I received a personal message from Canaan’s office acknowledging her birthday today and reached out to me in case I needed to talk to anyone. I would not hesitate to refer any loved one to Neptune Society to handle remains.

The Neptune Society’s Atlanta office provided me with exceptional knowledgeable service when I lost my beloved Mother. They helped me every step of the way and I couldn’t have gotten through this without them. They were so very compassionate and understanding and went above and beyond for me. Mark and his staff were very kind and caring, making us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. At no time was there any pressure to rush or upgrade the options Mom had already selected. We felt as if we got their best care from start to finish.

From the moment they responded to our late night phone call, to after mom’s ashes were delivered, the Neptune family was there for us every step of the way. They were responsive, always patient, and kind. Mark M. took his time with us in the virtual meeting and follow-on calls; we never felt rushed. Each staff member displayed professionalism and sensitivity, ensuring we were kept informed and all of our questions answered. We were even provided access to tools and links to help with grief. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

For years I was very much against cremations, but after experiencing the professional procedure of the love and devotion offered in caring for my loved one, I would recommend cremation to my best friend.

I was quite pleased this process went so well. My parents made their arrangements in 1999 in California. My Mom past in Georgia in 2021 and Neptune here handle this it just like they had made arrangements here.

My father passed in late February while we were visiting in Athens GA from Southern California. Fortunately he had chosen the travel option when he made arrangements with the Neptune Society years ago. I cant begin to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mark and his staff for their professionalism and their caring, respectful concern. Mark was incredibly supportive and compassionate during our many interactions over the phone. He kept me fully informed about each step of the process and helped me move through a difficult time with grace and dignity. I have already shared with many friends and family about the excellent experience I had working with Mark and am happy to take this opportunity to do the same with you.

Mark Musselwhite was awesome. He was with me from the very beginning. My mom started to leave us and i was able to call him at 1am in the morning to help. He always answered or returned my calls immediately. He was with me through the process of my moms life insurance and all. He is a great guy and this was a great company to deal with at an extremely hard time in my life. I didnt have to worry about anything. They took care of it all and took great care of my mother.
