This company is solid they delivered way faster than expected the team that delivered my product was respectful, courteous, fast and most of all careful as they navigated through my home. I would definitely recommend them as a first class delivery service. Thank You Guys for being flexible with my crazy schedule.

I cannot say enough good things on a PERSONAL level. They delivered a huge play set for us. Parts were missing. It was going to cause us to miss my daughters birthday. Instead of waiting for the claim to be filed with between the manufacturer and the carrier, the guy got my parts and DROVE THEM TO MY HOUSE! same day!!! I was in literal shock. For no reason other than he could hear me panicking on the phone.

No surprise this company is rated at 2.9 before this 1.0 review! I’d give a 0.0 but that’s not possible. Received a friendly text from Dariale that our Purple mattress was scheduled to be delivered between 4-8 by this third party company, and we would receive a text 10-30 minutes prior to delivery. It sounded perfect, buuuttt they didn’t call and arrived just before 4. My husband and I were in route, but the driver was rude to my adult daughter and insisted on dumping the mattress in my den. He didn’t take the old mattress from the bedroom as promised by Purple. As he was pulling out of my driveway, we were about to pull in. My husband flagged him down but he refused to stop, actually, accelerating to an unacceptable speed on our road. What can I say? Not good service, but that seems to be what this world is coming to. Sad.
Cliff and DJ did a great job delivering our furniture, from 1.Stop Furniture they were quick and friendly. Would recommend Inpax again.
Absolutely hands down the WORST shipping company I’ve ever felt with. After placing my order the wait time was about a month before they could deliver, okay fine it’s a big order I understand. Then after getting an email from then that my order was ready for delivery I wait for the call to arrange a delivery day and time and after waiting a week I emailed customer service of the place I ordered from and they said I should be getting a call at the beginning of next week so I wait again. Finally I got a call and the rude person didn’t give me any chance to change the day or time before they hung up so I rearranged plans and prepared for my delivery. Delivery day comes and I get a call that the “truck broke down” on the way to the delivery location and I would be contacted AND delivery would be rescheduled to the next day same time. Okay that’s fine things happen. So the rescheduled delivery day comes and I hear nothing from this company. I call them and I’m hung up on and eventually sent to voicemail so again I contact customer service where I placed my order and after being hung up on there too finally talked to someone that said they are closed today. Why schedule a delivery on the day you know you’re going to be closed? If I could give them zero stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous how they handle everything.
It took them a month to get my order ready to ship to my house and that is fine. They called and gave me a date and time when they will be arriving to drop off my stuff. They never showed and never answered or returned my calls other than one time and the girl talking sounded like she dropped out of high school and was on the street at the time of calling me.

For real people stay the heck away from these people, I had an exceptional crew deliver my mattress from purple but to say I was surprised was an understatement, in the most negative way. First off. Supposedly Ryder was going to be delivering it with their White Glove Delivery. Then I hadnt heard anything at all after placing order with purple no joke, on the 7th of April. I called several times and spoke with several nice reps at Purple and they attempted time after time to get ahold of somebody at ryder to at least confirm they had the mattress let alone were going to be delivering it. Got ahold of somebody with the rep on the phone that was very direct in questions and got the number of these guys. Interestingly enough, or maybe not surprisingly, nobody answered and went to voice mail. 2 more calls to support at purple and they notified me that the mattress just arrived at their(the ryder group with inpax) location. I have literally been waiting since last week for some kind of call for scheduling as I was told I would receive. Purple tell me that they got ahold of somebody and that it would probably be within 2 days to receive a call... It never came, until this morning. I got a call this morning at 8:38am telling me they were going to be at my house in about 45 minutes!!! Now dont get me wrong, the delivery fellows that came and brought it in and set it up were great, but the aforementioned events completely stressed me, as I JUST had hernia surgery and bought this so as to be able to not have back pain and recuperate on a decent mattress BEFORE I had my surgery... LOL To say that this was a terrible experience Sans the delivery guys, was an understatement. Stay the heck away. BTW the photo is screen cap of the website and the order number that has not changed in nearly 10 days haha, I guess it may get delivered someday...
A sleepy woman called yesterday that my dresser delivery scheduled for today from 3-5 pm and the delivery team will call me 10-30 min prior. Its 5:30 p.m. No phone call, no delivery, no response from the number I called back and left a message. 7 pm: the door bell rings. 2 young men brought the box to our garage door, took a picture and left. Didnt I suppose to put my signature as a receiver?? At least, I do it each time when receive any big purchase from respected companies... Thanks Universe, the package wasnt damaged and my dresser arrived in a mint condition. It was stressful experience.
Ordered furniture thru major retailer, scheduled Saturday march 27, they reschedule for Monday. Call us at noon Monday to say its rescheduled for Thursday. Unable to reach co until friday april 2. Still have not received product.

All the dispatchers especially (Jerome and Krystal) at this location are ghetto and unprofessional. They do not know how to work or handle their drivers or companies they assist. Meaning they do not know how to route them, and they do not know how to fix a situation when they made a mistake. For example, who hangs up in someone face when they are trying to figure out the situation in picking up clients merchandise etc...
This company has helped me numerous times. Several times I was in a crunch and they were the only ones who were able to help me. Good prices. Exceptional customer serve. Impax is always our first call!!
Had a small issue with a broken mailbox. I received a call within an hour. Excellent customer service. Sent some pictures of comps and had a new mailbox the next day. You can always tell a lot about a company when something bad happens. They were on it and I am completely satisfied.
CHICAGO, IL 2801 S. Western....This place is a hot mess... they have you all ready to go thinking you got the job....I had the interview, background check and drug test done everything went fine w/that... still havent received a call to start or to be denied the job.They are very unorganized, unprofessional and unskilled on what they are doing... you call them they claim to call you back & never do.The dispatch people are very rude & need more experience w/what they are trying to do. I personally dont want to work for them if they begged me. Ive never experienced this with no job until I met these inexperienced people....DONT ATTEMPT TO WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE!!! I NOW BELIEVE THE REVIEWS I READ UP ON THEM!

This company provides the worst customer service of any company that I have worked with professionally. Their driver delivered a package from amazon to my house then drove across my newly planted grassed yard. I have spent several weeks and have with spoken with several people from Amazon and Shipinpax concerning repairing the damage. No resolve as of yet. They will pass you around from one person to the next........We will no longer order from Amazon due to their poor choice of this contracted delivery service provider called SHIPINPAX!
They dont care your pay is never right . Trucks need fluids, especially when it snows and youre on highway with no wiper fluid . they tell you 10hr shifts if you take a 1/2 break or take any break youll be doing more than 10hr shifts and not get paid correctly they say its salary based at 140 a day but if you finish in 5 hrs you wont get nowhere near $140 theyll end up paying you by the hr in Cleveland they had me at 9.33 an hr but why 9.33 an hr when its $140 a day doesnt make sense managers are a joke they switch manager maybe 2-3 times a week absolutely noone to talk to basically whoever is the manager at that point and time thats who you have to talk to youre not allowed to call anyone its immediate cause for termination so if your check is wrong and you call someone to find out whats the problem and you want it fix youre fired they keep hold your check for 3 weeks before your 1st check and if its wrong you might get lucky if it gets fixed . they dont know anything but packages . truck needs towed it comes out your check and again possibly terminated because you cant finish the job cause their junk is malfunctioning youre pretty much there green minions with there b.s safety vest thats their uniform a green vest with reflectors like you some type of crossing guard terrible company to work for only benefit from the job its weekly pay but it still might be a short check
Great local company, helping us resource pick-ups of surplus items for those in need.
Your package will be delivered on ___/____/___ by 8pm . Coming home to find my packages thrown or dropped over my fence is not acceptable. It just sits there all day tempting passersby to jump my fence and steal it. Until Amazon changes their delivery methods, I will no longer shop with them. The last straw was when a huge package was put right on top of my garden plants.

I brokered out some local deliveries to James Miller at Ship Inpax for one of our customers. These loads began on 1/18/15 and were scheduled to run through 3/18/15. At the end of January the customer had stopped scheduling the loads with us and when I questioned them about this they said they were scheduling them directly with Ship Inpax. Do not use this company if you value your freight they will back solicit!
Don’t do it! Sever your ties, because Inpax will not pay you! If you are looking to hire Inpax, don’t do it.
