Courteous and prompt attention. Package delivered within 90 minutes of my call

I have been using A1Sameday.com to schedule deliveries in California and Tennessee to our customers and have not had an issue plus great service. Its very convenient to place an order on their website and the options cover all the bases. I tried another company just to test the water and it was a disaster... I get great support from Manuel when hes working to troubleshoot deliveries with his drivers on our behalf because sometimes our customers dont answer their door or phone.

Absolutely DO NOT even waste your time calling this place. I didnt get through two minutes of a phone call before I was DONE with this business. The man I spoke to sounded half asleep, and was very rude- as if I was bothering him by even calling. NO, NO, NO!

I don’t recommend to work for this company through 1800courier. Bad business ethics & they treat their employees like thrash

I ordered express service, made the mistake of calling them a minute before it was due to be delivered because they hadnt shown up yet. It wasnt until 4 hours later that they mentioned to me that they were running an hour behind schedule. I will never use this service again.

A1 double charged me on July 12th and refused to refund the mistake, despite the fact that they agree they only took one package for me (my daughters homework). Would never use again.

A1 doubled charged me twice then the owner whom I was trying to explain the incident to she was really rude and decided to place me on hole for over 15 min then get back on I tried to explain to her they charged me twice I will seek legal matters with this and they will be a civil lawsuit involved to they are stealing money this company really gets a zero starts from me never will use this service again please think twice before using this service very unprofessional seems to me like a mickey mouse operation being ran out of some ones house.
