Fixed my Laptop a year ago November 16th, 2019, they lost the power supply, blamed Covid all year this year, and coming up on exactly one year later, still no response. Horrible customer service. Sucks too, Ive sent a good 12 referrals their way.Note: There are a couple/few guys that work out of The Columns at Bentley Manor(previously named), aka Arium on Bentley(currently named), Concepts 21 - Delk (previously named) apartments on Bentley Road in Marietta that work under the My Cheap Geek business name. These are the guys that I have dealt with for many years.

Horrible, do not go here. They have no formal training (he told me this when I asked how he got into the business). Could not perform a simple task for me which was replacing the glass on my laptop. First attempt left a haze inside my screen, second attempt still has the haze but the glass doesnt even stay in the frame and the frame around the screen is damaged. Come to find out they had used an adhesive that they shouldnt have because the proper adhesive is expensive. I assumed when he told me initially he could fix the screen he would be using the proper products. John was supposed to be getting back to me but I still have heard nothing weeks later after I spent weeks trying to get him to fix the damage they did the first time. This is a quick rundown of what went wrong, there is more. I should have walked out the minute I went into their office which is really a rundown apartment that him and his tech live in.

John has been most helpful in updating our computer system and in resolving problems and explaining issues in understandable terms. We recommend him highly.

Fair, knowledgeable, friendly, and cheap in the best way possible!
