I cannot recommend Jody Michael Associates - and specifically Nancy Scheel, their Atlanta consultant - more highly.I was a lifer at my company - or so I thought. After an unexpected severance, I found myself not really knowing what to do next, where to turn or even what I liked or was good at!I called Nancy (after finding her on Yelp) and went through her multi-week coaching course. It was FAR better than I predicted - in large party because Nancy is terrific at listening, extracting clues to my motivators and drivers and helping me get clear on what kinds of opportunities really turn me on. We went through several interview sessions, used several quantitative tools (tests you can take online at home) and she guided me through tons of research and interviews.Now I have much more clarity about where to focus and what I really want to do next.
