My Experience / Perception: The HR / Recruiting personnel in this company leaves much to be desired. None of them have true HR backgrounds, but they are in HR / Recruiting.. yet they can always reject my resume for some reason when I have tons of experience. If they can get a job in HR / Recruiting because they know the right people; I should be given the opportunity to work there given my proven track record in leadership roles, my educational background, and my serious transferable skill set. Yes we always, have to work harder to just get a foot in the door. Its sad that my candidacy has to go through the folks to be considered for a position. Hire a TRUE HR team (with the experience and educational background) who has the skill to see potential in people.
