Over-promised and under-delivered significantly. I hired them to design and build a web-site -- which they claimed they had experience with. The web-site never worked as it was supposed to from day 1. I had a great concept, great users and so much potential. But it could never work well because the basic site did not function as it was supposed to. The web site had an unbelievable amount of bugs. It seemed to me it was never adequately tested (despite claims to the contrary from the company). I had to spend hours upon hours detecting all the bugs on various browsers, make a list of them, submit them. Once submitted, the developers would claim they could not find the bugs, and I had to spend hours again walking them through them and proving to them that the bugs existed. They would claim the bugs were fixed -- and again, Id have to start the cycle of bug detection/explanation/ followed by them claiming to fix them all over again. It was expensive, exhausting, and ultimately caused my site to fail. The owner of the company spends a considerable amount of time on the sale part of it. But virtually none on actual product development, and delivery. What I also found very off-putting was that when I would complain, he would blame his employees for slacking, his partners for being bad at their jobs, the users of the site for being too unsophisticated -- but never take responsibility. Hiring this company is the equivalent of burning your money -- a slow, slow burn. Dealing with them is just excruciatingly painful. It is nothing but promises that are not fulfilled -- and they never take responsibility for their bad work. There is always an excuse. In short, I do not recommend them at all. It really was a complete and utter waste of my time and money. If I could give a lower rating, I would.

We engaged J. H. Media Group to help us market the launch of our new SaaS product (eventsathome.co). We dealt directly with the CEO. Even before we had the first meeting booked it was clear that Jason had done his homework on our product, market and competitors. He asked very insightful questions which helped us make the most of our initial meeting.
