24 hours. Mixed experiences. During the day they can be on point...late night or early morning can be hit or miss. Sometimes the barber on duty is sleeping with door locked and wont wake up to let you in. So, if you go during day, that may be your best bet. The barbers are always nice.
Wish I had actually read reviews before going in for a cut. The pricing system is fishy at best. Was charged $50 for a very average cut during normal hours. Not worth it, will not be coming back!
Just moved to Atlanta so I’m looking for a consistent barber. This shop is like 3 minutes from my house. Pulled up to the barbershop. Barbers sitting outside smoking something rolled up in a cigar. Asked if they cut hair. Yes was the response. So I continue to walk in. Sat there for a few minutes in an empty barbershop. No one moved to greet me or anything. So, at this point I’m feeling like no one wants to cut hair. Or was it their break times. Communication is Key. I just got up and left. As I was leaving neither barber asked why or can I help you. Just continued to smoke. Why promote a 24 hour barbershop if no one is there to cut hair.
GREAT SHOP! CHUCK IS THE BEST!! PERIOD HANDS DOWN!
They dont advertise that they charge 50 after 9 pm for a $25 cut thats not really the greatest anyhow. And after midnight they charge $100 for the rest of the night. If its an emergency, then cool. But if its not, just wait and go somewhere else
I came in and sat for 30 minutes in the waiting area all chill and no one even looked at me. I’m glad I didn’t pay these guys $50 for a fade. I felt super unwelcomed.
So I was told to show up at a specific time but the barbers have no concept of time. They kept me waiting for over an hour past my appointment time and they still did not acknowledge me and were letting walk ins get cuts at which point I just walked out. Really unprofessional and didn’t seem bothered that I was waiting and didn’t address any of my respectful complaints. I honestly can not think of a worse customer service!!
Im from Mississippi and it was my first time going there and it was absolutely love. Great place 👌👍
It has potential to be a great place, my experience was literally a 2/5 I didn’t want to rate it that low because it is a business ...
Great service! shout out to my uncle chuck
Great staff and great work
Easy booking and good service. I have gotten lots of compliments on the cut.
They cut the weakest fades. Not good customer service. Not good barbers. I paid $40 for the weakest cut I have had in years. I didnt even want him to touch my beard so I lied and said I wanted it grow a bit more. I had to go downtown the same day and let my barber go over his work. Do not recommend.
Good but not great! This establishment obviously caters to predominately African Americans. The vibe was very casual with a pronounced young urban flavor. As I entered the shop I observed a young lady with 2 young boys waiting for a haircut. As soon as I sat down, I was asked what I wanted. I was immediately directed to a room off of the main room and promptly attended to. The barber who serviced me was named Detroit. Detroit was a very upbeat, talkative and lively individual. As well, he did a much better than average job on my hair. He was definitely a professional barber. The prices for haircuts go up after 5:00 pm. I was OK with that because I couldnt find any other shops open late on Sundays. My one big negative critique is this: I was born and raised in New Jersey and am quite comfortable in a young urban attitude environment. However, for a black business man or woman, or anyone who is not accustomed to a very street atmosphere, it would be an intimidating, slightly rude and quite GHETTO experience.
The entire staff is amazing!
Ray has great skills and excellent customer service. He is also very accommodating at all times of the day. Definitely recommend. A+ skills and service all day
Check out Phil the barber. Keep me on point safely!
I go in at 4 o clock. Two barbers there. 1 says no I’m not taking anymore people for the day the other says no I’m booked up for the day ask the other guy. They both say just come back later .. About 10 seconds later an attractive female comes in wants her hair cut and suddenly there’s only one in front of her and she’ll be next. I call Bull our money spends the same.
Not only is Ray an awesome skilled barber but his customer service can’t be matched. Very professional and you won’t leave his chair disappointed. Highly recommended!
Great place to work! The owner is awesome! The barbers are awesome! The clients are awesome! You can create your own schedule and even work 24/7 if you want to! Working at this shop has changed my life! I can do more for my family than ever before! I can make money to handle life needs and take time out to spend with my family. If I need to, I can go back to work and put in more hours. Balance is possible here! I thank God for this opportunity!🙌🏾😁
Very professional and welcoming environment.
Great walk in service... my son needed a last minute cut on a Sunday. There were Four barbers available after 6pm in a Sunday, definitely a life saver. Twin cut my sons hair and I was satisfied with the cut. We will certainly come back.
Ray gets my son, wife, and I on point everytime we come. Great conversations and very precise wit his cuts. Highly recommended
Bad Business..Dont waste your time. First time there..Waited 40 min to be over charged for a line up with face didn’t even want a hair cut they said $25 the price list was $20 then the will raise the price depending on the time you come in. Very Disappointed.
Im sure all of the Barbers are excellent, but shout out to Ike & Jamal for keeping my sons & husbands hair lookin awesome! The best part? These guys are open 24/7!!!
100% unprofessional
Ray super awesome..i have a 4 year old nephew and a very time we go to him to get a cut his so patient with him and just him to get his hair cut *trust me it’s hard to get him one*
Ray is awesome...No one can get my eyebrows like he can!
Friendly crew and very upfront about their prices. Would recommend!
Ray is amazing! He always gives me 5 star quality!
24 hours? I walked in around 9am one morning, the door was unlocked but no one was there to greet me. I called twice while standing inside the building and no one answered the phone, so I left. I came back a few hours later and one barber completely ignored me after seeing me sitting there for over 5 minutes. All of a sudden a new customer comes in and this same barber began servicing this guy even though the other barbers were indicating that I was there first. He didn’t care. Eventually the guy who was going to service me was trying to get me to wash my hair. I told him that I had just washed my hair before coming to the shop but he didn’t want to hear that, so at that point I left. I don’t think I’ll ever return. I’m all for giving businesses chance after chance, but I don’t think such will be the case with this establishment.
They were impatient/rude when I called them just to ask if they offer face shaves (not all places do), and then I waited over a hour while people who came after me were getting serviced. The entire time I was there, just one of the barbers asked if I was being serviced.I have no idea what their cuts are like because I left. Go to a place that values your business and respects your time.
Ive been in this shop plenty time 3am 4am and 7am. THEY ARE REALLY 24hours for real!!!! I dont know what these others reviews are speaking about but they couldve made an appointment!!! All the barbers are DOPE and have very large following clientele, so to all you new clients please set a appointment or you will wait forever.
OMG THIS PLACE IS SO GHETTO, YOU WAIT 2 HOURS BEFORE YOU CAN GET SOME SERVICE. THE MUSIC IS LOUD THE BARBERS ARE LOUD, I THOUGHT I WAS AT A PICNIC.... UNBELIEVABLE!!! NO CLASS AD VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
They say anytime but dont go up there late as they didnt even speak when we walked in and we were 1 of 2 customers in there. And after sitting for almost 30 minutes while the other customer waited in the chair with no progress, we decided to leave, nobody said a word or tried to stop us. Terrible customer service!!
Best in the city....especially for that razor sharp hairline. When the nephews visit, Ray is the go-to, hands down.
Very professional and great cut. Would recommend.
Love this place.. quick easy cuts .. good prices
This place is the WORST PLACE to go for a cut, save yourself the grief and use your money to get a cut in a better place. The list of horrible things about this place is endless i’ll Name a few. Most of the barbers were high on drugs.Felt intimidated as the environment felt so unsafeThe barber kept talking to me Disrespectful without any initial provocation almost like he was so drugged out he didn’t know what he was doing.I got the worst haircut of my life as he did not let me communicate the kind of haircut I wanted to him.I just paid and left sadly with a horrible haircut. You do not want to be in my shoes do not go there.
I made an appointment at 4:21 am with Melvin. I wanted to come in at 7am. I confirmed my appointment and the price was $25 because it was before 9 am, he said he would cut it for $20. I arrived at 6:54 am and waited until 8:00 I knocked and called 17x. I was so disappointed my son attended school like this, since the barber asked me to wash and blow dry his hair. I was so embarrassed for my son, I will not ever come here again. Poor management and poor customer service. You don’t do people like that.
One of the best shops in the ATL plus they are 24 hrs.
Going with other reviews here.I called twice to verify their being open on Sunday. She confirmed. I drove 25 mins to get there (not many barbers open on Sunday).I get there and the door is locked. I knocked. Turns out the barber was inside giving a haircut but did not come to open the door or anything. She just kept working. This has got to be THE biggest joke of a business. How establishments such as this stay in business is a complete oxymoron. Makes no sense, whatsoever.Ill wait till tomorrow.
Detroit is awesome. Love the 24 hour service!!
Customer service needs some work, its open 24hrs and I prefer you get Melissa to cut your hair
Real chill environment with skillful barbers. Cant ask for more.
Got there around 2am and called ahead of time to see if someone would be there and was assured that the shop was open 24/7, however, when i get there, only one barber was cutting and he informed us that the guy was the last head he was working on and that he THINKS another guy is coming. I waited around a bit and nothing. This was the most unprofessional business ever. The shop was nasty, they had a dude sleep on the couch snoring loud enough to wake up God, it was just a complete waste of time. The thing to do would have been to call your coworker to see if they were coming or not, not give out info based on what you think!
Absolutely the best barbers around not to mention they open 24/7
These reviews are a joke. Theyve always been good to me here. Door is locked late? Just knock!
Definitely 5 stars. Great atmosphere and good barbers. Picasso performed a work of art. Tapered, razored and came out feeling like a new man. Will definitely be back whenever Im in ATL. Good lookin Anytime Cutz!
Waste of time !!!!
Definitely not 24 hours. Ive called several times this morning (7:40-8:30) to see how much a cut would cost but no one picked up. If there was someone there, which I wouldnt wanna take the trip on a guess, they definitely wasnt answering. Thats really bad false advertising.
First barber was unable to answer questions without getting mad. What made me decide to go ahead and write this post was how far my hair line was pushed back and uneven
All of the barbers are talented cater to all hair types.
Horrible experience, tried to over charge me, slow very slow and didnt focus on hair cut. People were not rude, but definitely need work in hospitality, definitely go else where or just wait on a haircut.
Well I waited in the for a while and not a baber in site. I then looked up at their prices and almost choked $40 for a cut bruh they are taxing Kats Im hella good
Best barbershop in Atlanta, cool barbers and very skilled
Cuz cuts well! Great walk in service....genuine good people
Great spot to get a cut late night!
Went here, door locked, waited ! No one answering the phones but their 24 hours. False advertising!
Winnies pure health
I love my black homies up in the hood
Best barbershop ive been too
They advertise 24-7. Here at 7:44am on a Friday. No one here. Door is locked. No one answering phone. #take24/7signdown #falseadvertising
After waiting over 30 minutes I am deciding to leave. They advertise 24 Hour Barbershop No Appointment Needed but fail to live up to this. Door was locked, I knocked and called multiple times to no avail. Thanks for nothing. Yall save your gas and get cut elsewhere.
THE WORST customer service. It was my first time going and it was awful!!! The barber was on the black couch knocked out and looked at me and went back to sleep. Be mindful, I tip well!! DO NOT go to this business!!!
Deep The Barber held it down...salute...
When to this place about an hour ago the door was locked and no one was there. I just called now about 5 minutes ago and no answer. 24 hours, yeah right.I will never go to this place again!!!
It says open 24 hours we couldnt get anyone to come to the door would not recommend this place
Shop is not 24hrs. The lights are on and the sign says open but no one is there. I arrived at 830 tried to open door its locked but sign says open. I called the number went to automated notification that this user cannot be contacted at this time. Waste of customers time.
This place is awful!!! Its not worth it the workers were high and had a strong alcohol smell.
The best bb shop. Thanks Chuck!!!
No one here. Thought it was 24/7. Lights and TV on, but door ia locked. No answer to door or phone. ???
Ask for chuck or Detroit best in the city
Dude with the funny accent def overpriced my haircut and he didnt even do a great job and was mostly paying attention to watching the TV rather than doing his job, by far the worst cut Ive ever had
Great Cuts.. cool environment
It’s 8AM door locked no one is in but the open sign is on you can’t take black business seriously.
Not really 24 hours and overcharged
Worst experience. Guy decided to cut my hair with one hand and a finger in my eye. Yeah my eye. Never going back
The people were friendly.
Reliable
