My case has had to been re filed twice and now a third time due to miscommunication with ag nuts who barely speak fluent English. One paralegal tells me to make the payment on a certain date and I would be fine while they closed my case again!!! Now they want me to wait to be refunded because the paralegal said I failed to make the payment when in fact I sent another paralegal a copy of the payment and they’re saying my payment hadn’t posted but yet I received the email that it had posted! They didn’t try to reach out to the trustee to show proof that my payment was made!! Now I have to wait for money to be refunded back to me AGAIN!!! And now they want me to PAY in advance the attorney fee when it is not my fault that their paralegals are obviously inexperienced! Then the young lady hung up in my face when I asked if I could speak with someone else because I could not understand her broken English! I may have to go to someone else who’s more knowledgeable and respectful!!

I don’t even have debt, just had a quick question about credit reporting, the guy that answered said, “We can’t answer that” and literally hung up before I could say thank you, goodbye, anything. Rude. As a businessman, I wouldn’t use them

If I could give them a zero star that would fit this company just right. Please please please be aware they are CROOKS! So here’s my story I fell on hard times as everyone dose. I called and made an appointment and went in. Everything was going great until they sent the information to my employer for the payments. My company starting taking out the kinky payments every pay period instead of partial meaning I was paying double the amount of my payments. I called my employer and was told that debt stoppers would need to send in the correct payment amount so I called them no answer EVER. Called the trustee they say I have to call the lawyers and have them send the correct information there was nothing they could do. Left voice messages they would Either not call back at all or call back two days later and tell me that the amount was correct and that no further information needs to be sent in. Eventually I was unable to pay rent I was faxing in my pay check Stubbs as well as my eviction notices just so they could see the amount that was being taken and still they wouldn’t do anything to correct it. All they had to do was fax in the information Human Resources need to correct the mistake and still they did nothing. Court came and I explained to the attorneys what was occurred they dismissed my case. I was evicted with my stuff was put on the side of the road, my car was repoed I had no place to go with a 7 year old and had no transportation to do anything with. I called to ask for an itemized receipt of what and whom was paid and low and behold only the attorney fees, and the trustees were paid. I paid a lawyer to have me evicted from my apartment, car reposed, homeless because once you file bankruptcy you can no longer rent from another apartment. And I still owe all my creditors. Please go with another company. This one is not it. Please please please be aware!

Went in to get a chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Was quoted $366.00 for 36 months. What I was not told was that in lieu of that figure, I would be charged another $4500.00 for attorney fees! So the total I was quoted did not include attorney fees. Please beware! My $13,000 debt is now costing me almost $18,000.

After you sign the paperwork and files from your attorney that first assisted you, you will never hear from the attorney only the paralegal and only by email. The attorney has never spoke to me over the phone. When I call, I get a receptionist and they are rude and not understanding in what you need, (if you need to speak to your lawyer or paralegal) they will be sarcastic and say I will leave a message for your representative to call you. All I get is the parralegals email and no requested phone calls. Yesterday, I received an reply from my paralegal, I replied back, she did not respond. I called my trustees office for help. Do yourselves a favor, save yourself alot of time and money and go somewhere else!

The paralegal, Kyle L. McGhee, was the one person we really trusted at the firm. Not only was she intelligent and knowledgeable of the law, she was kind and comforting. Unlike the others, she always returned our phone calls and responded to our emails. She kept us focused on the mail goal. Every now and then, I still think about her and say a little prayer for her and her family.

Dishonest, taking advantage of people financial struggles, staff is not very knowledgeable of the Bankruptcy laws, and there is probably one attorney supervising the whole thing and making sure that they take as much down payment from people as possible.They are good on calling you back and giving you false hope. I should have known that they were not good when I saw two different clients in the lobby complaining asking for an attorney and they were being ingnore.I received wrongfull advised for a chapter 13 they insisted on a deposit to have the attorney signed my filling they came back saying that we made too much money to qualify for a bankruptcy. I asked for my money back immediately and they refused...

We went to the college park office location. Our appointment time was at 10am and we were not seen until almost noon. The lady at the front desk was rude and unfriendly. She told us she would give us a call with the information. She did call back but did not give me her contact information so that I could send her our additional info. After calling and leaving 2 voicemails, I still have not received a return phone call. It has been a week. Its obvious that filing a bankruptcy with this company will be a long drawn out process if you cannot get the staff to return a phone call. We decided to go with another attorneys services.

My experience currently is very disappointing. The last time I was able to get in touch with my lawyer in the ATL office was Nov 16 via email and it was very brief. As of today have not heard anything from him I have called left messages for him and his paralegal and still no answer.
