I went to Pep Boys because my tail lights were out. Pep Boys told me that they were going to charge me an assessment fee of $50 plus labor and the lights. I went to Meineke instead and the guys were just amazing!!!!! They told me not to worry and took care of me. $35 later I was set to go. They were courteous and will make sure to go to them because they did not cheat me out of money. I did the service yesterday around 11:00. Great guys. Meineke needs to give these guys a big shout out with the professionalism and the quality of their work!!!!

The gentleman at the front was really nice and provided excellent customer service. They also did excellent work on my 2021 vehicle and gave me a great price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! And I will definitely be coming back.

The guys here were phenomenonl. When I arrived for my appt they pulled my car right in.1 star lost due to the staff not wearing mask or putting protective coverings in the car when they started performing the service. I had to disinfect my car due to there lack of following COVID safety protocols

I’m giving 2 stars because the staff is nice and I rely on them for oil changes. However never take your car here for repairs. They have no idea what’s wrong with your car and just take expensive guesses. I had a water pump installed, 2 weeks later my car shut down. Took it somewhere else and they said it looked like I may have had a water pump installed recently that wasn’t properly installed and shredded my engine belt. Initially my check engine light was still on after getting my water pump replaced and they made up some others repairs when I took it back that totaled $1,000. I asked if it’s ok for me to drive my car in the meantime and was told yes.Anyways, once the other place replaced my belt and properly installed the water pump they told me I needed a valve replaced and that’s why my check engine light keeps popping on. Got it fixed last month and haven’t had any issues since. Meineke will tell you anything to get the money. Stick to oil changes. I would have paid $1000 and my issue still wouldn’t have been resolved. Because of them I already had to come out of 2k for the fake repairs they did then having to get their mistakes fixed by someone else.

The staff was very fast and professional. They did an assessment of my car and texted me the results with pictures of what needed to be worked on. The list had three tiers of things that needed to be fixed right away, things that had a little bit more time, and things that were doing well. I really appreciated the list, and the services rendered were great!

I typically go to the dealership to have my vehicle serviced. I knew I had lot of errands to make close to home and it just made sense to find a place that was closer to home and that accepted walk-ins. I was the first person and my vehicle was serviced. After the oil change they made me aware that I would need new brakes and they were able to repair my brakes as well. I was highly satisfied with the service and the time and their establishment was clean and they are friendly. I will definitely go back for any service.

Ive taken my cars to Rommel at Meineke for 10 years now. I originally took it in for an oil change and now my husband drive 30+ miles for service. We wont trust our vehicles with anyone else. The service is definitely impeccable, thorough and professional. On my last visit, I went in for an oil change and drove away with a number of resolved issues. Rommel at Meineke on Roswell Rd always takes great care of my car. I never feel pressured to commit to repairs I don’t think are necessary. The team there always strives to get me a good deal and source parts from ethical vendors. They’ve done everything on my little sedan from changing the oil, to replacing the trunk lock, to making sure my tires are all great. Definitely recommend this place. I was unhappy with how the dealership that sold me my car serviced it, and I’m so happy I chose Meineke to take my car instead—only place I go now

I first went to a competitor (Christian Brothers) down the road who quoted me $5,700! to get a car tested and ready for emission inspection. I Then went for a second opinion at Meineke and received a reasonable quote for the work that needed to be done in a timely manner. Michelle kept me informed every step of the way. It turns out that half the work that was quoted by CB did not need to be done. Meineke did a great job for me at a reasonable price. I would definitely go back.

This Meineke location is outstanding. Professional, helpful, courteous and caring. The staff is very mindful of how car ownership can get expensive. To have a car repair business that is always willing to be transparent on what they find and willing to let you know “we can do this for you today because this is what is most critical and then come back to us in another month or two and we can take care of that other issue that can wait till then” means they get it and they care about their customers. I took my husband’s suv in for a radiator replacement. Although the vehicle had other issues, the work was completed thoroughly. I only trust Romel and his staff with tough repairs on my vehicles.

Told me that my car could only take synthetic and they wouldn’t put conventional oil in my car. I only came to meineke because you guys were offering a deal for a basic oil change and they refused to give me the basic oil change that I had the coupon for so that they could over charge me. I won’t end up going back simply because they over charged and wouldn’t listen to me when I told them that I know for a fact that my car will take conventional oil and that was all I wanted in my car.

I called for a quote and they gave me a quote of $540 when i dropped my car off my total went up 100$ i had to get it done there because if i didnt they would charge me $80 for the inspection even though i told them i know exactly what needs to be done. place is a rip off

I had Magnaflow muffler and SLP tailpipes with resonator delete installed on my 2008 Chevy Tahoe. Turned out even better than I expected. Sounds and looks great. Great communication regarding appointment time and install completion. I called at least 10 of the top rated muffler shops around Atlanta and their pricing and reviews were the best. I’ll definitely be going back.

Left my toyota sequoia saturday morning for oil change. When i came back at 7pm to pick it up the car was missing. Went back sunday, they were closed truck still missing. Called in monday morning and the truck was there, but missing my lapto and my pistol.. filing a police report right now.
