Had breaks done somewhere else, noticed a weird sound and took it by here. These guys were upfront and found the caliper bolts missing on the breaks. Serious life savers. Ill be back around here if need be. They can be pretty busy. Expect a wait but they do good work.

Very unprofessional, rude and poor customer service. I will not recommend anyone to take their vehicle there. They did a poor job doing my alignment and when I went there for them to correct it, they were cursing at me and wont let me even explain. They manager came in and told the employee to pull my car out and not provide me service. Spend your money some where you will get a better service this is definitely NOT the right place.

I went in this morning because when I cut my car off it would pour out antifreeze. They had it tested and saw it was my water pump, they gave me a fair price and had me out in no time. They are very nice and professional I will be going to them in the near future.

Conquest is a good place to go for minor details such as oil changes, tire rotation, or alignments. But major work sometimes they cannot exactly pinpoint what’s going on with your auto and you end up paying for work you do not need. This happened to me twice here. The second time I paid for heater core replacement when I had a blown engine. I had to almost $400, because they missed diagnosed my problem and still had to have my car towed away. All of this could have been avoided if they knew what they were doing.

Quick oil change, I didnt have to exit my car. Technician spilled a little oil but they notified me immediately and remedied the problem. Professional and courteous service. This is my new oil change spot.

In response to Mr KAREEM PASSMORE complain, we had to stop the source of coolant leak on his vehicle before a complete diagnostic could be done. Once the heater hose was replaced and system pressure test was done, the test proved that the vehicle had a blown head gasket, the customer was informed about the damage that had been done to the vehicle due to the fact that the heater hose broke and the engine was run without coolant. The customer was told after the test was done but he declined the repairs and had his vehicle towed away.CONQUEST AUTO did the diagnostic step by step, we did not misdiagnose Mr PASSMORE vehicle.

I went there because they are down the street from where I work. Because I work twelve hour days, Conquest is within walking distance so it was convenient. I met with the manager Mr. Douglass and was assured that my car was fixed. I returned twice to the shop for the same problem before getting fed up and taking my car to the dealership. Unless you can take someone with you who knows about cars, dont yse these guys. Its a waste of time and a waste of a ----load amount of money!!

I have been going to Conquest for 8 years. They have always been cordial to me and fixed my cars well. Maybe the people with good reviews do not write in. Only the few people who are pissed off and mad about their bad job writes these reviews. I AM TOTALLY DELIGHTED WITH THE SERVICE AT CONQUEST!!! I would not continue to go there if not happy and pleased with their service.Like any auto repair shop, you have to be on top of your cars maintenance. It is possible that more is wrong with your car than you know. Then when repair takes place that other wrong shows up. The person with the broken window may consider that the reason why the window messed up was that the door was broken or they (Conquest) may have broken the door trying to fix the window. Were these older or newer cars? Older cars tend to last longer than newer cars however newer cars set it up so you have to go to dealer to get it fixed.Know your car before you let anybody try to fix on it because it may not be as simple as you or the repair person thinks. Make them pay if they mess up your car. Be able to prove that THEY messed up your car. Thats with any auto repair shop! THey all try to get you one way or the other.I give conquest an A rating on customer service and repair profficiency.

Great service, my car was repaired ina timely manner. They went above and beyond with my care repairs outstanding.

Beware! I wound up having to pay someone else to fix what they messed up. They were supposed to do a tuneup but the spark plugs are now popping out that they incorrectly installed. After the first one popped out they checked my car and charged me again saying it was not their fault which according to another mechanic turned out to not be true. Im never going there again! Also if you are female, count on being hit on by the manager.

This company has bad business practices. I took my car to get the window fixed and he gave me my car back with a broken door that would not open. So now my window and my door was broke. I called him to talk to him and he would not return my call. The owner does not take pride in customer service our upholds a professional work ethic. He is truly about the money and not about quality service if I would of taken my car to the dealer he would never broke my door and expected for me to chalk it up as a lost. There is a consequence dealing with conquest!!!
