Very reliable garage. No matter what issue your facing they’re willing to tackle it. If they ever make a mistake they take full responsibility and fix it no charge. They’re definitely pricey but not as bad as your local dealer.

Had an emergency and found A&S based upon the reviews. First off, they did the work requested and everything was solved in a very timely manner. For that, they definitely get a good review.The reason its not a 5-star review was for the hustle. Basically, they heavily overcharged for parts and labor by giving a lump sum pricing .. instead of a detailed quote. I get it .. charge as much as the person will pay ... not what it really costs, but this is a heads up for future customers. Watch the hustle.

Customer Service at its finest for an Auto Service shop. They will be the first place I contact for any future needs as they handled my car situation with care. They were thorough in explaininh the problem. They gave me all the information I needed to proceed and they kept me informed in the process, and they were very quick too. This mechanic shop helped me out when I needed help with my old van’s transmission and diagnosed service engine light issues i was having as well for free.They flushed my transmission, and although they did their best it wasn’t a great idea for an old vehicle like mine. Even with new gaskets I left with a small leak that my regular mechanic found and notified me about.I called A&S right away and let them know about the leak. They were very gracious and helpful, offering to fix the leak no charge. This was a blessing. The two mechanics I spoke with were very kind and honest when it came to my questions and concerns. Make sure you ask questions!

I was told by another shop that I had to replace the entire headlights which would have been an arm and a leg. I called this shop and spoke to Mike he told me to come by and let him check. Once they looked at my car all I needed was to replace my bulb. It was a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend this shop. It is very hard to find genuine mechanics that obviously love what they do and is reasonable with the prices. I will be going back for other maintenance work. Thank you for the great service.

I am so happy I saw this company on Fox 5 news.In the midst of these unprecedented times my car battery went bad and I needed help.I called and Emil thanked me for calling let me know he could get to me in a few hours, no charge to come out and he could install new battery and sanitize vehicle if needed him to enter.He actually got to me in less than 2 hours.Extremely courteous, professional fair and honest price and I was back on the road again.(He checked alternator as well to be sure)Now that I know him I will always have any repairs I need done by his shop.We need more people like this in business stepping up to the plate and doing what they can to help in times like this.I am grateful for this kind and commendable business.An awesome car repair company is vital these days.Much more deserving than 5 Stars ⭐️Thank you again Emil you are appreciated.

Mehrshad has been one of the best people to do business with in my entire life. Hes taken care of all the vehicles in my whole family for about 7 years or so. Not once have we had any issues with his services and hes always gone the extra mile to take care of us. He is doing tremendous diagnostics that Ive never seen dealership can do what he does! Hes very honest and will always give you his best advice in regards to anything concerning your vehicle. On top of all this, hes just a Handsome guy with unique beard! Emil and his workers...I cant say enough about them. They are very nice and honest. I take my car there all the time for routine oil changes and maintenance and A&S is always fast and efficient. Being a woman many auto mechanic places try to over charge or push me into services not need. Not at A&S, they all are fair . They focus on what I do need. Even if I suggest other things I think I possibly may need for my car, Emil and his staff are very honest with giving me their honest opinion. I save alot with A&S auto and even if there is maintenance that is a bit pricey, I walk away knowing that my car is handled with proper care and I will have absolutely no issues. I had oil filter housing gasket replaced on a bmw a few months ago here (a time consuming job). the price was better than bmw shop, of course. the service was good. Emil was easy to talk to and get general information from about the car I own.

They were very nice and professional, but they do overcharge which was a bit disappointing. I was told there would be no diagnostic fee, but it seems like it was added on the back end. The cost of the part I needed was under $100, and labor per hour here is $89. I knew what the problem was with my vehicle and it took only 20 minutes to confirm. When the part came in it took less than 30 minutes to install. That means it should be around $190 which was right on target with how much the repair should cost per my research. I still don’t understand why I ended up paying $300. That’s well over $100 the suggested cost of repair per my research. If I wasn’t in a hurry to get it done I would have went somewhere else. It took about 3-4 hours which I thought was a little long considering I made an appointment and the simple nature of the repair. Nonetheless, they did fix it which I’m grateful for...I just don’t understand why they advertise free diagnostic but seemingly tack on unnecessary labor time/cost and the receipt doesn’t have a break down of what you’re paying for. I’d rather it be upfront and more honest about the cost.

I live in Perry Georgia and was in Chamblee to meet some friends for lunch. Immediately after exiting the interstate in the pouring rain, I began to experience problems with the engine in my car and limped into A & S. Mike did a diagnostic check on my car FOR FREE and discovered a problem that was under warranty through KIA, called Ed Voyles KIA and for things set up for me. He directed me to them where I got the repair with no money out of my pocket. I SO appreciate his honesty and helpfulness to a stranded mature lady!! Gives was hope for the world!

If youre not using these guys for your automotive needs, you should reconsider what youre doing!For me, finding a good mechanic is as important as finding a good doctor or dentist. These guys are top notch! If I lived in the area, NOBODY ELSE WOULD EVER TOUCH MY CAR.Great people.Very thorough and knowledgeable.I didnt need it because Ive done automotive work in the past, but every step of the diagnosis and repairs were explained.The prices are exactly in line with the market. If you find someone cheaper, I would be worried about the quality of the work.I broke down in the Buckhead area and had a chain store look at it because I happened to be next to them at the time of the incident. The chain store completely missed the diagnosis and recommended I go to a transmission specialist. The crew at A&S found the problem right away and had me on my way home that day. These guys rock!

I bring my Mazda by to get the oil changed regularly. They always give me the best price and prompt service. They seem very knowledgeable and honest. Im very critical about mechanics since my brother is one. I dont like paying extra for all the multi point inspection and washer fluid stuff the quick lube places sell you on, I know how to do that myself. I have only had great experiences with them. If youre looking for a no BS local mechanic who only fixes what needs to be fixed, I think these are the guys for you. Im glad I found them.

The best mechanics shop Ive ever dealt with. The guys are friendly and honest and will take the time to explain your situation in detail. They stand behind their work and warranties and are willing to work with you on solutions. Ive had defective brake rotors put on before and when my brakes were acting up again, they replaced the brakes and rotors under warranty and charged me nothing. Top notch shop.

My partner and I just happened to use A&S two years ago to complete emissions testing as it is close to our home, and were so pleased with how pleasant and personable Emil was that we subsequently opted to bring our cars there for routine servicing and some repair issues. Emil consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent service, and has an exceptionally high level of integrity. Today I brought my Acura in for what I assumed was a dying battery. Emil rapidly confirmed this, then actually called the dealership to see whether the battery was under warranty, and THEN (believe it or not!) actually had one of his employees drive my car to the local dealership to have the battery replaced! Ive had some honest mechanics in my lifetime, but this left me practically speechless. If you want an honest, very capable, and extremely personable mechanic, I would strongly recommend A&S.
