Stay away from this company, Very rude from the lady I think she’s the BOSS, no way can anyone accept her behavior, she gave me an attitude just because I asked here if the machine is fully working, this’s very bad customer service, I can’t believe how they do business with there customers with this kind of attitude !!!!!!!The worst ever business owner I’ve met in my life.

Don’t buy any refrigerators from here. They buy them from closed restaurants fix them just enough for it to last few weeks. After that they answer it’s sold AS- IS. I learned it the hard way.

I opened my own little cafeteria this year and I dont know how I could have done it without the amazing people at Billy Vicks. Steven amd Peggy were nothing but straight forward & honest and they always gave me a great deal.After scouring the better part of metro Atlanta for used equipment, I can testify that their warehouse is by far the most organized and well maintained. The equipment was all in excellent working condition and they were quick to fix any small issues we had upon delivery.The auction we attended was also similarly organized and well run. Prices were fair and some good deals were made. I was very satisfied with my purchases...and it was fun!After opening I have continued to use them as my go-to for used equipment. Its hard to beat the prices and you sure cant beat the service! I always enjoy checking out their warehouse and saying hello to the hard working crew. Stop by and take a look. You wont regret it.

Response to Kirk Young Review...Kirk Young purchased a TRUE 2 – Door Slide Top Beer Box from my company Billy Vick Restaurant Equipment via my online EBay store on July 29, 2016. Upon receipt of the item, Mr. Young informed me that the freight company had damaged the electrical cord during transport. I swiftly provided him with a replacement cord and refunded him $25.00 for the inconvenience. Mr. Young stated at that time he replaced the cord and the unit was functioning. I informed Mr. Young that a certified Electrician should install the cord. He then claimed that a certified electrician had installed it and the unit was working. It has been almost 6 months since this correspondence. My equipment is sold without warranty and this is communicated at the time of purchase however, nothing leaves my showroom that is not thoroughly inspected by my certified technicians and is deemed operational. I have an exemplary EBay rating. Mr. Young never mentioned anything about issues with the compressor. Any issues with the compressor are untrue!

This is an excellent company, very professional, very knowledgeable and very helpful. I was able to tell them what I needed in general and they were able to show me what I needed. Prices are good.

Clean organized friendly family service. All goods cleaned and tagged. Goods are reasonable priced.

Disappointed on a few levels, sold as is, but never mentioned what was needed to get things working properly. Would not provide any after service after purchase of used equipment, I know the 30 days had passed, but an offer was not even made to come take a look at it for a fee.

Don’t go visit any auctions they may hold bc you will end up bidding against the very people running the show & YES EVEN BILLY HIMSELF !

Lady was very rude. I will NEVER buy from them. Just around the corner at Atlanta Hotel & Restaurant Equipment I got a much better price & deal. BV wanted to add on 3% credit card charges, and was very condescending and terrible people skills. Thankful I didnt buy from peggy

Watch out!! We were sold equipment as working with a 30 day labor warranty. Most of the equipment didnt work and the guy that came out to service and connect equipment almost blew up our restaurant, gas fittings were not even hand tight. Ovens all needed thermostats. Refrigeration would not hold temp and the 2nd service guy demanded more money. All said and done we could have bought new equipment for what it cost us in repairs. If you buy from BV make sure that you test the equipment on site before you pay or transport. Buyer beware!!

Horrible experience with this company do not purchase anything from them.. I purchased a Bar cooler and it was delivered with the Plug missing.. once repaired we found out the compressor was bad and the unit was previously repaired or attempted to be repaired.. Basically I was robbed... No refund they keep hanging up in me .. Peggy is a thief...
