Our flight was late in arrival in Atlanta and Sam was easy to communicate with and connect with to get loaded up and to our final destination. The airline had lost one set of golf clubs and caused even further delay and Sam was sympathetic and swiftly guided us. I would 100% use this service again.Our return trip to the airport was also a pleasant experience. The driver was a different Sam and equally as smooth of a ride was had. The vehicle was clean and music was soothing. Any Sam is a great Sam with this car service.

The customer service up until date of service was excellent. Professional and kind. Date of service was horrific- it was my daughters prom and the driver and the car were deplorable-the drivers attitude was beyond rude. I of course was caught in a hard spot because clearly I was not going to turn them away- it was prom day! I reported the issue and I have NOT received a response, which leads me to believe this is the wrong company to use for Important events. Just an awful costly experience in the end.

Our executive SUV driver to Hartsfield-Jackson was Sam. The vehicle was immaculate and our driver was superb! He was a total professional. He assisted in loading our luggage and making sure we were comfortable once seated. His driving was very smooth and safe. Sam adhered to all of the safety protocols in place for covid.

Booked a Party Bus for Prom. There’s something fishy about this company. The website makes it out to be a large company with a very large fleet and the phone system makes it out to be a company with many employees. After calling about 9 times (There was an issue with them charging my card twice) and being connected to the same “agent” I began to wonder. We had 5 couples planning on going together to prom and a couple had a situation where they financially needed to back out. I then called and gave Michael(which I spoke to every time I called) my booking number and asked the cancellation policy and was told I could cancel up to 7 days before. I then told the couple if they really needed to I would cancel to let me know in two days. They needed to back out so the rest of them decided to book a different option. I called today to cancel. He then changed and said I couldn’t cancel because it was prom. I asked him why he told me two days ago I could and he just kept saying over and over that I couldn’t cancel. I asked him specifically if he did or did not say that two days ago and asked my son to record it. He then hung up on me. I waited and called back and asked for a supervisor. He put me on hold for 2 min then came back and said they were all busy. I told him I would wait. 17 min later a lady with the same accent named Irene got on the phone. The only thing she said is she would research it and get back with me through email. I will update with a response if I get one.Editing with an update. The response from the company is an absolute, flat out lie. I did have to call about two charges showing up on my account in March. Says something right there. Of course I was charged for this service again in April and I have in writing that I would be refunded. It is now Mau and I’m still dealing with this. Chatted with them live on Friday May 7th and was asked to forward the cancellation confirmation email. I sent it and today is Wednesday without a response. I left a message on Monday with no response. Just hung up the phone with them because I was trying to let them resolve the issue before letting American Express handle it. After being hung up on by Micheal and being told there was not a manager available when I called back I finally got another person told me that because I left a bad review they would refund all but 25%. Um...I don’t think so. I have in writing the cancellation policy and my cancellation confirmation. This week has only strengthened my concerns with this company. The last thing she said well then we just won’t refund any. Time to let American Express handle it. I’m not one to give bad reviews but this I won’t tolerate.Now that I just read other reviews I see that I’m not the only one. Makes me wonder about the validity of the 5 star reviews given. Do not let this company put you through this. There are other companies that I have used multiple times that are ran professionally.

EarthTran Global drove and guided our team from Austin, TX around town. The driver, which we had for two days, was exceptional and really knew there stuff regarding best traffic routes, parking and even knew something interesting information about some of our curated stops. I cant thank the driver enough or EarthTran Global enough for hosting us.

Great service and reasonable pricing! Our driver, Ray, was able to get us around Friday evening traffic and to the ballgame with plenty of time to spare. No easy feat as we could see the gridlock on 285! After the game, he was exactly where he was suppose to be at the time we had agreed upon and the ride home was equally pleasant. I would definitely use this Limo Service again and would highly recommend them.

Prices were too goo to be true/ their online reservation does not function correctly. I tried to book a transfer to the airport initially the online fair showed ~175 dollars so i booked it, it went into pending status and the following morning was confirmed at ~325. I called to inquire and they said the system booked an hourly rate instead of a transfer rate, they did let me cancel with no charge. I checked again today on pricing and it came back as 12 dollars for the same car and ride, i didnt bother to book and phoned them they quoted just under 400 dollars for the trip.Lowering to 1 star, the owner.operator believes I am a foreign entity trying to sell them software. I can assure you I am not and was just looking to book a limo. Attached is my no charge cancellation the reason I had a 2nd star. As well as a quote I received the other day showing a 12 dollar rate.Edit 3Are you not able to see my attached photos? As I agree a 12 dollar rate is rediculous but that is what your website showed. At least you took out the foreign entity in your response but I have no software or service to sell to anyone was just looking for a transport to the airport for a vacation trip.

Their customer service made a quick reservation for me over the phone and assured me my driver will be at the airport in 15min. and the driver showed up without delay. This is one of the worst car service companies that I have ever experienced. Their website completed failed during the reservation process. Additionally, the chat with an agent function did not work. When I contacted the company about the problem, I was told too bad - there are no refunds. Avoid this company at all costs.
