They were very professional. Matt was the gentleman that came to treat our house. He was very professional and polite. I called today for new service and they had a cancellation and got us in within an hour. Matt explained everything and answered all the questions we had.

I called because of a hornets nest on my property. I explained to the operator that the nest was 15 feet above the ground. I was perfectly clear about this. I was quoted $150 for the service. When the technician arrived he said that he would need a second tech and the price would be double. Classic bait and switch. I would never do business with this company again. Beware of Marvon’s deceptive practices.

They do a good job.

I called these people to come spray our kitchen. The lady asked for our address, and toldMe the time the technician would be coming, cool. Tech makes it to our home with a contract made up with selections I didn’t not make. Not what I asked for. The Gm gets on the the phone with my husband, then tells him the tech would do a free inspection then we could decide what package we wanted. Instead the tech writes some numbers on a tiny paper and tries to start explains to me quotes (for the third time) I explained to him 3/4 times at the door the Gm said he would do an inspection-he just laughs and then finally after stating to him that the Gm just told my husband you would Do an inspection and tell us the issue-he said “well, I mean I guess I can if you want”. I tell him to just leave. This seems like a scammer operation.

I went with a neighbor and I didnt even go in. But shes always going to Mar-Von.

My wife and I own a restaurant. We use Mar-Von as a proactive deterrent to pests. They do a fantastic job. The technicians are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I cant say enough good about them.

These guys are always super nice and helpful. Had an issue with my termite contract today and without hesitation they addressed the issue and took care of me; Im fairly certain the issue was my fault however they just smiled and took care of it. Awesome company, awesome people. I wish others had the positive customer focused attitude these guys do.

If you got a bug problem they are the people that can help. They offer many services to the public and no job is too small or big for them. They care about their customers.

I worried I would regret this decision because you have to agree to a contract with a more than reasonable bi-monthly charge for a year. Best decision ever. The ladybugs and stink bugs are gone. If I see one I text my service rep and he comes out, sprays at no extra charge. It’s great.

Had Chris come out and spray our house and he was awesome! Very informative and down to earth! I never leave reviews but he was just so great! Plus the bugs have stayed away since the first spray! Marvon is great!

I was useing them at a house in Tellico plains their employee wasnt spraying anything or putting out stuff for ants He would make sure my wife was home alone show up with bill have her to sign it and tske off beforr i could get home.I would be there in minuyes no spraying had been done .When i went to their business manager hid letting his secretsry talk to me.and because my silly wife had signed the bill i had to pay for the job they didnt do. So i firex them neer to show up on my property.if you use anybody make sure their spraying something brcause they didnt.
