Kyle did a great job on my pedicure. I got the volcanospa CBD foot soak and hot wax and he did a great foot and leg massage. He was also very personable and pleasant to visit with. I had to wait a few minutes because they were surprisingly busy at a slow time but well worth the wait. I will go back again. The whole staff makes you feel welcome and glad that you are there!

Horrible customer service experience! Had me waiting in a chair with no water for 20 minutes! The tub was filthy and it was obvious no one was coming to see about me, so I just got up and walked out!

I did not get what i asked for. I asked for coffin nails and got some thick ugly nails. I got medium length and the lady charged me for extra long. I asked her why she charged me for extra long and she rolled her eyes with an attitude i will never be back

Service is great! Everyone is friendly and they really do a great job.

Nails werent evenly shaped and the color wasnt even painte all the way to the edge.

I just left the nail salon. All my nail polish and acrylic is messed up. The girl that did my nails told me wait ten minutes and then she left for the night. The guy that stayed to lock up didnt even check my nail to make sure they were dry. He told me to leave and then locked up behind me. I figure since he told me to leave they were ready and when I reached for my keys the polish scrapped off. I cant believe I paid over $60 just to be rushed out the door and not even check to see if they were dry and one of the shapes is really messed up. I had gotten there at 5pm so its also not like I walked in right before they closed.Idk how to reply to the owner but it was not a simple polish job. I got acrylic and they are very deformed looking and if your employees had just done their jobs right the first and taken the time instead of rushing through it just so they can leave early then I wouldnt be mad. I dont have the time to go back. While I was there the phone was ringing and the guy was ignoring it. So even if I called it would have been ignored. I cant wait until you open back up on Tuesday to fix it. So I will just find someone else to fix it.

This is a very nice establishment, where they not only cater to women welcome gents as well. They offer several packages for the males that enjoy pampering themselves. While there might be a slight wait if you dont have an appointment, fear not for it will not be a long wait as there are plenty of nail techs that work here, both male & female.

Went to diva nails showed him what I wanted & my nails look horrible! I showed him a picture of how I wanted & they look nothing like it! They aren’t even the base of my nails aren’t even, all my nails are different sizes & shapes. I also got a pedicure she filed my big toe nails until she literally couldn’t file anymore after I asked her to keep the length how it was! Will not be returning

I’ve been going to Diva Nails since they have been open! I go every 2-3 weeks for my normal mani and pedi and occasional eye brow wax! The staff here is friendly. They actually speak and have conversations with you. They like to cut up and have fun! I really enjoy going to Diva Nails! Thomas is my go to for my mani and pedi! Mia is awesome at eye brow waxing! Kyle does awesome pedicures! Tommy the owner is awesome! Diva Nails is the only nail salon I actually feel comfortable going to! I highly recommend!!

Tommy does a great job on my nails! I get so many compliments, & they hold up a full 2-3 weeks! (& I’m very hard on them, as I work with horses daily.)

Cut my fingers and cuticles several time with the drill and files. Did not clean the drill or replace the files. Place is filthy and workers are not motivated to clean the place and instead lounge around while work stations remain dirty. They use liners in the pedicure tub but do not clean the jets. My nails started chipping the next day. Do not go here if your personal health is important. I think their license should be removed and they also have apprentices doing a lot of the work. Sad bad experience.

I had a lovely experience here. I was a walk in on a Monday afternoon. No wait time. Kyle was my tech. He did a beautiful job. Was friendly personable. I had my Mother in law with me and she enjoyed her time here also. We will be back.

Bit of a wait but only 15 minutes tops. They were busy but appeared fully staffed (came highly recommended by 2 friends). This was at 10am on a Saturday. I asked for a full set but was recommended dip, I accepted as I have no previous experience and said it as sthe same price. I wanted more length but didnt get with the dip. I am however very happy with my nails and the service that I received. They look amazing and feel great! Would still highly recommend.

Was turned away from Daisys Nails (they were too busy to help me in their 7 hours before closing apparently) but was glad I was. Bella did my gel nails. Fantastic job, good prices, speedy service.

Ive been here a few times, loved it, but I know people have bad days, like today, the person that helped me didnt make me feel welcome, didnt smile at all, seemed to be rushing doing my nails, after drying, I looked and my nails werent painted all the way, I had to touch them up, they are great now ! Love my nails! But all in all I hope the young lady had a better day and I will return.

Nails were rushes. 2 of my nails are missing polish in spots. Was left under the dryer for my nails and the tech did not return. After 15 minutes of being ignored I just got up and left.

Been going there since they opened 5 yrs ago. Moved out of Huntsville and tried other salons. Keep driving back to Athens to go to diva nails. The owners are awesome and they have talented nail artist working for them. Tell Terri sent ya..

The first time we came here, my boyfriend got a woman and I got the man(the owner) his girl was wonderful, mine picked at my feet so bad that he made them bleed, gave them another chance and they did AWSOME! We just tried Dream nails And once again, my boyfriend gets the woman and she did great, I got the man, and he actually took so much skin off my feet on the side that they had to put a bandage on it and the top of my feet look like I am deformed cause I have sections of my skin missing!! All they kept saying was “oh no... I so sorry!! I so sorry” and then when my boyfriend went to pay he over charged us but I didn’t know til I got home!! I’m furious!! Obviously I called and gave him a piece of my mind!! Ladies... fare warning.. do not let the men give you a pedicure!! They are highly insensitive!! They don’t care if they hurt you!!!

Showed him a picture and he did the nails backwards on the nails they were sippose to be on. And the didnt have multi size gems like I wanted. He did a great job on shape for the most part I see a couple flaws. I wanted gel polish hut he did dip acrylics instead to get a better color.

I loved it! The people were so nice and my nails looked really good. It was my first time going there and I will be back. I loved the cleaness and the prices. It was my friends first time ever getting a manicure and pedicure and she really loved it. They also have lots of different shades and colors to choose from.

Ive been here twice and havent been pleased with my manicure either time. The staff doesnt seem to know how to do dip powder nails properly(the first time they didnt soak the old nails off properly, and this time my nails feel tacky and improperly-cured), for a start. My nail tech didnt shape my nails properly despite multiple attempts to explain how I wanted them(almond shaped; nothing unusual), so now that Im home Im going to have to file them myself. Additionally, I brought my mother with me today and the tech doing her pedicure only massaged one leg before getting up and walking off.Honestly, I feel like the staff here are either insufficiently trained or perhaps just unhappy to be doing this work. I gave them a second chance after being dissatisfied with my first visit, but I will not be giving them a third.

I’m giving this establishment 2 stars because it was clean and I was seen immediately - despite being a walk-in and the place being quite busy. Those were the only positives, as far as I’m concerned. The gentleman who did my nails was beyond inappropriate with his conversation and, despite me asking for the powder dip, he used a gel overlay (with the UV) light. As a result, a job that usually last 2-3 weeks is already LIFTING (due to the gel he used) in a little over a week’s time.I won’t be back.

I’m so glad that life is so great the only thing I can complain about is the nail job I received today!I’m getting ready to go to a wedding, my nails are all long and nice just needed a fill, ( to keep them from breaking), and fresh gel polish! She used her dremel on the sides of 3 of my nails causing an irregular shape I can’t even describe.. they were awful looking! I asked why she did that she told me they were all broke! They weren’t. I asked her if she could fix them because they seriously looked awful! She said yes. I’m sure now she didn’t understand because she started to move onto the polish.. I stopped her, told her again these 3 prominent nails look terrible and if she wasn’t going to fix them they ALL needed to be cut to a uniform length. Right? So she did, and the polish job she did ( French manicure), which she did ask if my color was white and pink when I first sat down, she never used the pink, the white parts are very thick and not uniform and make my new short nails look stubby. I’m going to go to a different salon to get the polish redone, nothing I can do about the length now thanks to this person.If I didn’t have the family wedding - weekend coming would be one thing.. but I do and my nails look horrible. I absolutely hate them. By the way, I’ve been going here for quite some time and I did notice the owners were not there today.. hmm.. wonder if this girl whom I’ve never seen before, was supposed to be doing nails at all! She needed assistance at the cash register as well.. I won’t return now for quite some time. Pity.

So upset. First off my daughter accidentally broke a bottle of nail polish not one worker tried to help me clean it up they just watched! I was so embarrassed! So then I was told to go to the desk to get my nails done. i showed her what I wanted but the end result was nothing like the picture. My little girl wanted her nails painted and I understand she only 3 but I was still paying for her to have pretty nails, lets just say I could have done better at home! she didnt even get a top coat and she messed up one nail while the lady was painting them and she didnt even bother to fix it. After all that she just got up and left never said bye, thank you, nothing! Ive never been here before so I wasnt sure where the driers were so after looking around like an idiot I found them. At this point Im furious!! So I go to pay and I refused to pay for my daughter nails. But they insisted it was $25 without her which was wrong all I got was a fill in ($15) and and design ($5) which I never got cause lady doing my nails didnt care to make them the way I wanted. I hate my nails And wont be going back!

Nails done here on Tuesday (gel,). Thumb nail off by evening while peeling shrimp. Third day, another off after dusting. Six days out and I have 7 still on. Ridiculous!! I generally go to a salon in Decatur and never any problems. Will not be back here!

Got a mani/pedi. It was nice and the tech was super meticulous when it came to painting my nails which I appreciated. Wish they offered the spa mani but from what I saw they don’t. I would recommend this place.

Been twice in 3 weeks. I had shown a picture of some frosty ombre coffin shape nails. I was given a skin tone ombre and didnt have time to argue for them to fix it. I went in yesterday for a fill and instead of using the colored gel he used clear so you could still see the gap. My nails are also uneven. I was so mad I went home and painted them myself. 2nd time Ive left with something I didnt ask for. Never going back

The owner cut my natural nail in half by using a plastic nail and metal cutters to take my old nails off instead of soaking them off....THEN...charged me $45!!!!!!

Got my nails done here on Friday and they were chipping away the very next day. The guy also didn’t even make the bottoms even. Everywhere else I’ve ever gone my nails have lasted me at least a month before chipping. First and last time ever going to this place. Which is upsetting since I had very high hopes for them.

The worst nail service I have ever had. My friend feels the same. I ask for pink French nails an got plain. You could still see my old nails underneath what she put on. My nails are already lifting and they shouldnt be. They left glue under both OUR nails.I DO NOT RECCOMEND. AND VERY PRICEY.

Went on a Monday to get a fill-in nail broke Wednesday, called & he told me to come in he said it would be 30 minutes. Sat for forever when I finally got called to the seat the dude went to back and never came back out. Most likely never going back.

Rushed through manicure and pedicure as if I inconvenienced him by coming in. My nail polish was peeling within 2 days.

Water was too hot and now I have an infected toe. Its going to cost more to go to the doctor than the pedicure cost. 😭
