After I got a exscuvator . A small part Which cost 20 dollars was not working properly, so I had called the day that I had gotten it and had made them aware that it was broke and I didnt mind paying for it at that time . He then proceeded to tell me it wasnt a big deal and told me the price for the repair which he claimed no more then 20 dollars but it wasnt much he had to check to be sure. Then a week later not only had the audacity to just take the money off my card it was way..More then 20 dollars it was well over 100 then he said he had tried to call me which he did not . And he had said since no one answered I went ahead and took the money off the card seeing it was on file . It wasnt the point of me paying for the repair it was the point of a week later then lied and then charged my card with out letting me know before doing so . Very bad business and I will never do business with them again .

Horrible equipment rented a tractor and brushhog to mow a pasture paid 414.00 to rent for a day made 3 laps around pasture and tractor died had to wait for it to cool down called Doug the guy behind the counter he told me to hose down radiator finally got it started and drove it to the water hose rinsed the radiator went back to mowing same thing it died again . I used it for a total of one hour on the hour meter and they still charged me full price .that will be the last time I ever rent anything from them ever place is run by a bunch of crooks

Absolutely horrible experience, I rented a mid sized backhoe to dig a septic tank I drove 44 minutes early one morning for pick up. I get there pay the gentleman at the counter wait my turn in line after seeing the cluster F of the gentleman outside having no idea who had rented what in any order. I get called back into the office and told sorry we “ Lost the key “ so now I have lost the time for the morning have to wait for Monday to have my $300 plus to be returned to my account and have no other options. No one offered me a discount on any next rental or any other peace of equipment they might have. Now is the part that will make any sensible person angry. I tell my story to a co worker that drivers by this Business every day and he told he after that later that afternoon the backhoe is now magically not there!!! dishonest business stay away !!!

Candy and her team of movers who helped set up our event are incredible! They really helped us for an outdoor event when the weather was making setting up difficult. We really couldn’t have done it without them. They were so helpful and kind in every way. We will be using this company again!

I have used them several times to rent equipment to do yard work. Once to put up a fence. Very reasonable prices and flexible to work with.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT AND WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Rented sand blaster this morning 6/23- after several hours and $400 spent now having to load and return equipment because compressor/machine not working. This is completely unacceptable and i would not recommend these people to anyone needing to complete a job!
