This company does my office cleaning. They charge a great price and do a thorough job. I no longer have to spend weekends at my small business or put off what is important in order to address cleaning. In addition, they are the nicest folks I could ever hope for. I would recommend them to anyone. I dont know if they are under new management in the last couple of years or what, but it has been great.

I used their services to clean my house when it sold. Everything was spotless. they were quick and affordable. Very pleased.

After reading these reviews, Im kind of glad things ended where they did. I went to this company based on a review from a previous landlord who I trusted, but the company is definitely not reliable.I originally called asking for a quote. She got all my details including my email address and asked a lot of questions about the house.A week later, I hadnt heard anything back, so I called again. She said she had assumed we were scheduling the cleaning. When I explained again that we were initially wanting a quote but would probably use them if the price was reasonable, she said to just call her and shed be right out. All seemed okay, just a simple misunderstanding.My work didnt allow anything to be done for another week. But one day I was at home all day, and decided to call. I got voicemail and left a message saying if she called back, Id be home all day.I never heard back, so I called again the next morning. She answered and we set up to meet at 5 that night. I also gave her my cell phone number in case anything came up.I rushed to get home on time - getting there about 15 minutes before 5:00. 5 came and went, then 5:15, and 5:20. I wondered if maybe I had mixed up and said 5:30 (Ive since confirmed I didnt), so I called and again got voicemail. I just reiterated that we were set to meet, and we had places to go later, but wanted to confirm we were still meeting tonight.At 6:00, I gave up, called again and left another voicemail. I said we were leaving because we had things to do, and if she still wanted my business to call me back.I never received a return phone call - that was Thursday and its now Sunday. To be safe, I sent a message explicitly stating they are not to come out on the scheduled date. Based on the reviews I read here, Im hoping they dont show up anyway and/or send me a bill. Either way, the company is definitely not reliable.

The worst experience ever. I wait for my appointed time and no one comes. When I call the woman answering says she has me down for another day but they could come later today. I say ok and wait. NO ONE COMES. I call and the pleasant voice answers AGAIN anf tells me they are on their way. NO ONE COMES, EVER. When I call the number it is out of order. It is as if the person is making fun of your confusion and setting you up to fail.

I called to get a quote on cleaning my apartment before moving out. I was told $175 for the entire process. After cleaning, I received an invoice for nearly $600.The company tried to say that extra services needed to clean the apartment increased the bill. Basically, Nice and Neat continued cleaning without my consent and without notifying me that the additional services would cost extra. Despite having my phone number and an agreed upon quote, the company performed the additional services and then billed me after the fact.There was no mention of the possibility of variable pricing until I received the final bill. I was never told that the price could increase, much less by nearly four times the amount of the original quote.I would NEVER use this service as it operates under shady business practices.

Very unprofessional and dishonest. The owner doesnt return phone calls or respond to emails. She owes us a refund and has yet to pay it even though she has promised on several occasions. And now according to the Secretary of State her company was dissolved on February 25, 2019.

I worked over 60 hours for this company, and was paid less than 20 dollars. Nice and Neat II is corrupt unlike anything ive ever seen in my 34 year life. I have a 2 month old baby, worked 2 weeks for this company and was told I wasnt being paid because I missed some spots at the student rentals I cleaned. The owner, Cathy Wooden has been to prison already for embezzlement and she is clearly up to the same type of activities. She preys upon the citizens of Athens to pad her own pockets. How this company can continue to operate and steal from its employees baffles me...

2 Workers arrived early and stayed 12 hours . Presented us with a $575 bill and wanted cash on the spot . Previously we had requested they stay only 4 hours and clean the main floor only. Felt considerably taken advantage of .

Set up an appointment for a client and they had to reschedule because their carpet cleaner broke. On the reschedule day, I called to verify that they were going to be there and was told they would be but they were running a little late. They never showed up and did not call with an explanation.

The most unprofessional work experience i have ever had the misfortune of participating in. workers were late, made problematic and offensive remarks. my driver was pulled over, and almost wrecked twice all in the same day.
