I had an absolutely amazing experience with ADAMS Air Conditioning! The technicians were prompt, clean, polite, and respectful. They arrived right when they said they would, worked quickly and professionally, and explained what the problem was and the steps they took to correct it in a clear, concise manner that was easy for me to understand. I recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation. I will absolutely be using them for all my AC maintenance needs.

On the same day that our central a/c stopped cooling they were able to come out and service the unit. Turned out it was low on coolant and had not had summer service this year. Very professional, reasonable cost, as a result I have hired them to come back and add some a/c ducts in our home.

Adams a/c has been doing my maintenance on my old system for a couple of years. This year I had to replace my 20 year old system and they did this for me too. They were very quick to get the new system in and did a great job. Also I have never gotten an answering machine when I call, alway get Mr. Adams on the phone, sometimes even after normal work hours.

I live about 45 mins from Adams Ac and he had absolutely no problem coming out to my apartment to look at my ac after my apartments refused to fix our issue with our system. He was very affordable and communicated all the way thru the process. There isn’t a single person in Texas I would recommend more then this family owned business!! They truly treat your home like if it was their own. No hidden fees or crazy mark up. 10 out of 10 would be a insult 100 out of 10!!!

Jason arrived at appointment time, checked my a/c heat pump and heat system, replaced thermostat that another A/C contractor had installed which was not the correct one for system, Jason also found some wiring that was wrong by other contractor, tuned up everything and Im pleased with the work, I would recommend this company for your a/c heat.PS I had two other contractors. One said I needed a new unit, the other did the wrong wiring and wrong thermostat

Mothers Day our air conditioner stopped working and we were unable to get it fixed. I was referred to Adams AC by a personal friend. I sent a message to the owner and told him our problem. He advised me that he would dispatch someone to our home between noon and 3pm to fix the issue. Luckily, due to the rain it has been cool and we were able to be comfortable with the windows open.Our technician, Jon, arrived in the time period quoted. He was only here about 15 mins and informed us that we had a faulty thermostat and said that he did not have replacement in his truck.My husband told me that he didnt think it was our thermostat. However, Jon was the pro so we trusted what he told us. We paid him $69, and left to get a replacement thermostat at the same time Jon left.After installing the new thermostat, it still didnt work. My husband checked in the attic and noticed that a drain pan under the furnace was full of water and had tripped a float switch. After draining the water, the unit functioned perfectly.I contacted Mr. Adams directly and told him of our situation. Without a single hesitation, he refunded our money and was sincerely apologetic.Honesty and integrity like this is a quality that is definitely hard to find. Mr. Adams did what was right and we will certainly give Adams AC another chance in the future.

Great service. They dont just solve the simple issue that causes the issue to pop up again in a few weeks, they get to the root of the problem and simplisticly explain it to you. Great service!!!!

We had called Adams as a second opinion after being quoted a very high price $2,800 by another company here in town who never even went up into the attic. Adams not only came out same day; but was able to fix for ~$120. These are great folks and will be our go-to folks!!!!

Our Ac went out on Monday night, I called Clint from Adams Ac he came out-compressor had locked up an cause a high electric bill. Clint said I will have you cool by noon tomorrow. I was checking my newsfeed one day and saw that there was an AC service offering free labor to single women and senior citizens I believe. He just felt it on his heart to do so at that time. Well it caught my attention because my AC had went out and I fell in this category. I called and a guy named Clint came out to help. This guy is not short of amazing. He’s a Christian Guy who loves what he does, has a passion for it and is very trustworthy. It’s hard to find strangers to come to your home and make you feel comfortable with their services these days unless they are a big corporation that’s well known. Everytime I call him I don’t feel screwed or ran over. He explains the problem with me and does his best to give me the best most cost efficient solution there is. I recommend this service to anyone. Clints genuine heart and passion for this job shows tremendously in his work and daily living.

Great company deal with. Had them come out install duct to my new addition add on room . I decided have them service my unit while they was here because was not cooling right after we had that bad electoral storm . Come find out tgd storm screwed up my out side unit. Clint with Adams air conditioning look at unit did several test . We will use Adams air conditioning to service our unit once a year and would recommend him to everyone

Poor customer service. They installed a reconditioned unit and after 2 months went to use my heat and it was blowing cold air. Called and for 3 days I heard I will be there today. On 3rd day he said he wasn’t coming. I asked if he wasn’t going to honor his work? Had to pay another company to come out to find out that when the install was done mr Adams didn’t wire it correctly and forgot to connect the wires to the heat strip. Easy fix if he would have just came out and fixed his error but instead I had to pay 160.00 for an emergency call for another company to fix his mistake.

I would put zero but it does not go that low go to YouTube and Adams air conditioning you will see recorded on video this lying coward he charged me for a brand new unit 3 ton all in writing it never worked from the jump he had un-licensed employee install duct we had to buy 2 units one from the fraud and then one that actually worked from Lowe’s 15,000 for 2 systems the 1 from Lowe’s worked from day 1 his never worked and after inspection from several ac companies he sold us 2.5 unit NOT 3 TON from several inspections he cut vents in the wrong spots 2 return air’s inches apart in my living room cut out supports for my roof set unit on rafters in the attic no support straps cut pan drain tube to run down into wall and I have witnesses that were doing construction at the time that informed us of that because they noticed water dripping out of my house he botched everything you can he said in video he would come back and fix never saw him again had to buy whole new unit from Lowe’s replaced ceilings and whole shabang and when we went to file against insurance found out he canceled the day he gave quote for the job I have all documents videos and etc he is a low down scammer STAY AWAY FROM THE LIESAlso have him on video admitting mistakes and saying he would replace unit for free he never returned
