These people took our money, we paid extra for the Theft Protection. IRS sent me a letter I was told by Judy the tax preparer at any IRS letter I would have received they would had helped. That was a lie! They refused to help when I received a letter from the irs they told me i was on my own. I was better off going to Jackson hewitt at least they helped me way more when i had problems with my taxes last year then what HR block doesnt do for me. Even after i paid extra for HR block to help me which was a total waist of money. again this place sucks I wouldnt recommend anyone to come here👎

BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS! EVERY SINCE WE STARTED FILING TAXES. WE HAVE ONE SPECIFIC TAX PREPARER (MIKE KOCOUR IN ATCHISON, KANSAS) HE IS A TAX PRO AND ALWAYS GETS US IN TO WORK WITH OUR SCHEDULE AND GETS OUR TAXES DONE RIGHT!!!

Excellent experience. Mike was able to complete complicated returns for me, and explained what he was doing so I can simplify my record keeping for next year.

Audra did my taxes this year(2017) and see was great. Super friendly. Talked me through every step. Saved me a butt ton of money. And even notified me the moment money was deposited to my account. And helped me track part of my refund e-filed the 5th of feb and had my state a week later and my federal took 15 days... definitely using her next year.
