The representative I spoke with was incredibly friendly! She was able to order parts quickly that I needed at a good price, and they came eariler than expected.

Trying to get in touch with someone on the phone through the 800 number is ridiculous. We were without our refrigerator for over month. It took 10 days to get someone to look at it. The diagnosis was that the compressor was bad. It took another week or two and a different tech came out to replace the compressor. That did not fix the problem. The Tech also broke my water shut off valve while there which I had to repair.That same tech came a week to 10 days later to diagnose the problem again and determined it was the electrical board. He said someone was available to replace the board a few days later, but the tech said he wanted to be the one that replaced it since he diagnosed the problem, but he was not available for at least another week. We waited the week or so, and it turns out that a different tech showed up to replace the board anyway. Board was replaced and all is working well now.
