The positives - employees were nice, friendly & fast.The negatives - our 2018 Civic has 18,340 miles. The window sticker has next change at 189,230 miles. The paperwork has it listed as 184,230 miles and we were given a paper telling us to check oil level every 500 miles on a high mileage vehicle. No biggie for the oil change because its based on percentage not mileage. Also, we got out on the road and a piece of plastic slid off the dash. We started looking and its the cabin filter cover from behind the glove box. Now I gotta take the glove box out and put the cover back on. This is not the right location. Scanned the barcode on the card they gave us and this came up.

Kid that was visiting on his day off was leaning against my vehicle the whole time chatting with one of hes co workers. I never go wait in the waiting room for reason like this. I always stay and watch wht they are doing. Upon inspection, the inspector proceeds to floor my vehicle down the road and then slams on the breaks to make sure everything is working. I do not feel like driving rough is the proper way to make sure vehicle is running properly.

I went here to get a oil change and i walk out in my garage and this is what i see … we’ll Mr. Travis said ooh come back and signs his name on invoice and say come back next oil change on me and they say well we don’t see those notes … ha i recorded him as well saying they cause this to happen … i had to take my car back to the dealership to reprogram and all… I HAD NO OIL IN MY CAR WHAT SO EVER AND CAUSE MY CAR TO HAVE ISSUES!!! THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE SEE YOU ALL IN COURT

Stopped in to try and get a state inspection. The employee told me that since it was raining (it was drizzling out) that they wouldn’t be able to do a proper inspection. Fine, whatever. Drive to the Humble location and with the weather still the same, they were able to get me in and did the inspection. It took about 20 minutes. I guess the Atascocita location didn’t want my business, so I will never use them or recommend them for anything. Horrible customer service.

I went there for state inspection/oil change. They recommended new battery and tires. Spend $1600 that day. After installing the new tires the tire pressure light came on. They said just drive few miles and it will reset. I went back after a week, the manager said they dont have the internet for some system to reset the tire sensors. Asked me to come back after 2 weeks. After 2 weeks same answer. They told will call me when their system is fixed. I went back after 45 days and they asked me to take it to discount tires and they cant fix it. Discount tire said all 4 sensors were damaged and gave quote for $300. Newer trust these guys. Beware of the guy with long beard. There are other reliable trustworthy places in this neighborhood. I wanted to try them since its was a new facility and i love supporting my community.

Top -notch crew! Very professional and friendly. I will definitely will be coming here from now on. Plus the phone charging station was so convenient in the waiting area (iPhone, micro usb, and type C). James is so helpful. They also do headlight restoration for 59.99 which I got done.

Stay clear. I went here to see if the experience would be better than the 1960 location that keeps double filling the oil. They didn’t double fill, but they: did not secure the dipstick causing oil to leak down, did not fill the washer fluid, left the coolant level low, did not latch the air filter cover. And those were the things I caught. No way of knowing if the oil filter was actually changed or not…….

Changed my oil and filter quickly and checked many other things as well. The store is clean and staff are friendly!

I tried to get an inspection here. I showed up mid-afternoon on a Friday, place had no other customers present. I parked and walked up to the door and was told to bring my vehicle around for inspection. I did. I stopped where I was supposed to, heard the bell ring and sat there for a few minutes. The technicians were the ones to tell me to pull around, I could hear them talking, but there was no further acknowledgement of what I was supposed to do and they did not come over to the vehicle. I ended up leaving. Wont return here. Pep Boys is better.

Im a Jiffy costumer for 11 years in Riverton Utah. Amazing service there, but my experience in this store was not good. Its a beautiful facility but they need better costumer service.Costumer service is for everyone not for selected person.

Horrible they issued excuses to why they could not perform an oil change rather than solving the issue, so I went to a more reputable company

Crazy how none of coupons work for what service I needed. They also failed to reset all my warning counters.Edit: They are also supposed to check fluid levels, and needed to refill a couple of things with a week and half of service. I would go elsewhere.

They were very professional and explained what they were doing. They didnt try to push additional services and gave me options to choose. Isaiah and Ian were awesome to work with and took care of my car. I appreciate their work and will be using them for oil changes in the future.
