Ive taken them android and apple products new and old. Always professional and staffed by skilled professionals. I started taking damaged company equipment there because of the fast turn around. Side note, if your device has a curved screen I highly recommend the liquid screen protector.

Quick and easy. I broke the screen on my brothers Samsung a10e, accidentally of course. They got me in this morning and it was fixed in less than an hour. They told me it could take up to an hour and a half, so I was thrilled it was done sooner. They are an authorized Samsung repair shop which meant we got Samsung parts. They were professional and very helpful. Also, quite a bit cheaper than other places I had called. Definitely would go back if I needed to fix another phone or tablet.

They fixed my phone, but changed a bunch of settings. I get it, its probably annoying when a bunch of notifications come through, but at least change them back. They also didnt even call me to confirm that it was ready. I used the location on louetta previously and they were phenomenal. I wont avoid the atascocita location, but its definitely not my preference.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THEY WILL ROB YOU! I brought my Samsung in here to get fixed because of water damage to the charge port. I only had the phone for a month with zero water exposure. They determined that my phone was covered under warranty. They took my phone and told me it would take 5 days to repair. After 3 weeks the part came in. After I brought my phone in they told me that IT WASN’T COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.... they lied to me and tried to get $79 out of me. HORRIBLE BUSINESS

Its a long story but i will start off with the actual work done was good. I had them fix two phones and add a liquid screen protection to each one. The phones look great (like new) and work perfectly. My problem is the quotes did not match final pricing. I was given a phone quote before going because I was about 1-1/2 hours drive time to go there. He had quoted a price of $279 for front screen and $79 for rear screen each phone and said they would take off $30 off second phone and both phones would be ready in 90 minutes.Once I got there I confirmed the quoted prices I got over the phone. Well he (the host) chuckled and said the price was wrong to repair the rear glass is $109 each phone, however they honored the $79 but no discount on second phone (not a big deal because I didnt need the front repaired on second phone as I thought I did). As far as timing, well that was wrong too its 2.5 hrs (again not a big deal).It all went bad when I came back to pick up phones. He charged more than quoted for fixing the front screen even though I confirmed with him to begin with. He said he told me but not true he only talked about the rear glass being wrong quote. Well $279 was wrong now it changed to $309. He wasnt going to budge and continued as if no big deal. Bait and switch is what happened here and thats what I said. Then a bad attitude started from him right then. He then ignored me (because I paid) when I asked what can be done to correct even asked for a manager. He said I can not talk to manager she was on site at different store. At this point he asked for customer behind me up to register. I moved over then insisted he get a hold of her. After about 10 minutes he gave me the number to call her and she made it right. She was fine but what I didnt like was her telling me she was going to charge the guy who originally quoted me on the phone for the refund. That guy confirmed pricing by putting me on hold which also authorized the original discount. He should not be charged (not likely legal anyway)

I have used UbreakIfix before in spring and am very disappointed in the Atascocita location. I would NEVER suggest the Atascocita location clearly they cant listen. By not listening they made my machine worse and now I am forced between finding the time to do it myself after having wasted time taking it to them or buying a new one. You must wander if she could repair it herself why take it to them at all.I am a computer technician for a school district and a mother of 4 children, two of which are twin toddlers I often do not have the time to repair my own consoles or machines, though I have the skill.The story of how we got to me being frustrated and disappointed:My twins decided my LAUNCH playstation 4 consoles disk drive needed to make friends with my flathead screw driver. Clearly they didnt like each other and it shattered my poor disk drive. When I pulled it apart I broke the ribbon cable between the motherboard and disk drive. I know I broke it. My fault, this is why you dont work on delicate cables in a house full of kids and two cats. However, we do everything digital and thus didnt need the disk drive so it mattered little. Until the latest update where it tossed an error according to the error code, Sonys Website, and multiple YouTube videos with the exact same issue over the same error code everyone said the same thing was the cause. The ribbon cable between the drive and motherboard. Knowing this and knowing my lack of time to do anything personally and already having thrown down several hours to research this I decided to take my console in for repair to UbreakIfix Atascocita location.I brought it in and asked specifically for them to replace the ribbon cable if that did not work then they could replace the disk drive as well. Instead they chose to not do that at all wipe the hard drive and then replace the hard drive. Never once replacing the cable. When that didnt work, which it wouldnt as this error code according to the OFFICAL sony website is caused due to the DISK drive and its cable they called and claimed the motherboard was bad. When I asked if they replaced the cable I was told No when I asked did you replace the drive I was told No you said not to. This is not what I said. So now I have a console that is in the same condition I left it and will have to repair myself anyways.Thank you UbreakIfix for a horrible job.

I took in 2 Xbox controllers. One just needed a part replaced due to cosmetic damage and for the other controller, button pushes were being registered twice on screen most of the time which made it hard to navigate the menus. So they fixed both controllers without any problem and both work great. In and out in the same day and the price was great!

I dropped my Pixel 3 XL and cracked the bottom left hand corner of the screen on Thursday. Got approved for repair through Asurion and dropped the phone off Friday morning around 11a. Picked it up at 2p the same day! It looked brand new! Was informed that because of their partnership with Google I actually received an entirely new chassis, not just the screen. Absolutely awesome customer service and professionalism. With 10 phones on my account, Im sure I will be using them again.

One star is even too much......do NOT use these ppl heres why.........I took my device in too have it look at and they do free dianogics which is cool. They told me giving them 24 to 48 hrs to see what was going on (which I had no problem) and they did call within the time frame. They told me it was a system upgrade and could fix it for 79.99 plus taxes so I paid for it to be done. 2 weeks later and now 8 trips back and forth between to different UbreakIfix places it is still not working properly and now Im out of my device and the money.
