Jason and his team are absolutely amazing! I have a couple of large redwoods in my backyard and we needed to raise the canopy. I got several other bids before calling Bigbys Tree Service. We have been dealing with mudslides for 2 months that have been moving our large maple tree closer and closer to our house. After this last slide it is now touching the house. Jason was able to come out within an hour of my calling to check it out and is able to remove the tree next day. The amount of stress that this alleviates is HUGE. Very Professional and quick! I had a tree split on the side of my shop and was very close to falling into and causing damage. I called Jason and he immediately ran out to access the situation. After he determined the tree was safe at the moment he quickly came up with a plan and had the tree removed the very next morning using his boom lift truck and a chainsaw. Amazing customer service!!! I called Jason one day about a split tree. A storm was forecasted with high winds. That same day he gave a quote he secured the tree with chains. He cleared his schedule the next day and during the strong wind storm cut down the tree. He kept in communication with me the whole process. He took pictures to show the progress of the tree being secure for the windstorm before he could it down. He took pictures of the tree when it was done being cut down. I would recommend him to others and will be keeping his contact info for sure for future tree projects!
