We used this company to provide shuttle service for our wedding guests in Cannon Beach, Oregon. The ceremony site was approximately 2 miles from the reception site. The agreement was that the shuttle would make continuous loops from the reception site to the ceremony site. We were told that the shuttle bus held approximately 19 people. Our wedding guests totaled around 75. We thought we had all of the details covered, we paid well in advance, and we were assured that everything would go smoothly. On the day of the wedding, the driver made the first pass with more than 50 people on board - standing, etc. - unsafe conditions, and after unloading did not go back for more people as agreed in the contract that she would make continuous loops. One of the wedding guests had to go over and tell her to go back for more people. By that time, most of the people that were waiting for the second pass had decided to drive their own cars to the ceremony site, which they had to pay to park at.The week after the wedding, I contacted Sundial Travel, and the representative said he agreed with me, apologized about their error, and said he would investigate what had happened, and get back to me. Several days went by, and he did not return any correspondence with me. I emailed him, he finally responded and from then on, he was very rude and defensive - he even stated that we owed more money because the driver was late getting back. This was never covered in the contract.I would not recommend this business on any level as they were rude and did not fulfill the contract agreed upon.

I have used the services at Sundial Travel for years. Fabulous agency and the issues I have had were resolved quickly. Could not be happier!

The cardboard cutout of the bell hop in the window is very distracting to drivers after dark and at night. You can’t tell if someone is wanting to cross the street or what? It’s very disturbing too.
