Dropped by in December and again a few weeks ago. Owner and son not wearing masks. Sign on door says masks are optional. Poster on bulletin board implies that the government mask and crowd limit mandates are designed to keep people from going to church. Walked out both times. Sorry, I just wont support a business that is deliberately defying attempts by the Oregon Health Authority to get this pandemic under control and prevent illness and death in our community.

Um ... nearly $70 for 6 passport photos. What a rip off! Then they charge you a 2.5% processing fee to use a card when you pay. I mean. This is supposed to be a forward thinking technology business. Ridiculously priced!

The time is 10:28 a.m. and this office is closed when people have donations for the local community peace meal. How unlogical and unreasonable towards your own business perspective.

I basically did their job for them and they still nickel and dimed me. I sent them the shipping label by email and they charged me $1.50 to print it and another 10¢ for the paper. IT COST YOU $1.60 TO PRESS THE PRINT BUTTON?? They were going to charge ANOTHER 50¢ to use my card if I didnt pay cash. It cost me more for them to print off a paper than it did for the bag of packing peanuts they put in the box.Not a local business I plan on ever supporting again.

Actually as a business I’d give A Street four stars, but right now Fedex only gets two in my book. On Wednesday, December 21 I shipped an important package (house key) from A Street for Priority Overnight (10:30 am) next day delivery just up in Seattle. It was still undelivered on Saturday the 24th. System overload, obviously. The recipient had left by then, so I told Fedex to send it back and A Street promptly refunded the charges. So be wary of Fedex delivery promises right before Christmas. Otherwise good service and handy location.

Fast and friendly, I send all my print, mail, fax and notary jobs here and I am never disappointed.

I gave them a simple job they didnt complete the way I asked them.
