Started out thinking it was going to be a few month assignment, it’s going on a year now. I enjoy working for Spherion. I haven’t had any issues that have not been resolved in a timely manner. Thank you Danielle and Spherion staff.

I have been in the waitressing field for a little over 3 years now and I wanted a change in life. So nervous and overwhelmed I contacted Danielle and Tracy at Spherion, and they were able to make things happen with placing me at an wonderful company. Being with them for a month has showed me how great Spherion is, and how hard they push and strive for there employees. Despite everything that life has thrown at me these pass few weeks, Tracy and Danielle NEVER gave up on me. They continue to strive for me daily, they actually care for you, your family and your job. Communication is beyond expectations. I will forever be grateful for Danielle & Tracy for everything they have and continue to do for me! I walked into Spherion and was employed and taken care of within 3 days. Ill have to agree with the people here saying this is a joke for the simple fact that Spherion uses an application process that takes advantage of websites like snagajob, etc.I applied for a position with Spherion that -- as far as I could tell, based off the application and how I came about it -- was suppose to be with Spherion themselves as a company, and nowhere did it state that I was looking for temp jobs, or even a job through them with one of their partners. When I got the call for the interview, again, nowhere did I even imply that I was looking for jobs through Spherion, nor did anyone else make any comment or suggestion alluding to that. It was only about halfway through the actual interview process did I realize this, and it was incredibly embarrassing for myself. Going back and looking again however, only confirmed that the application I filled out SHOULD have been for the company themselves. The listing was titled Spherion - Clerical Position, and did not make any mentions of this being a job listing that would allude to them looking at jobs for me. Im very capable of doing that on my own. This was an incredibly unfortunate situation.Edit: Thank you for the response. I should add that I 100% was aware of what kind of place Spherion is and what you all do. However, the applications posted online are not transparent and if nothing else, are very capable of causing confusion.

Make sure you call on a weekend when not open to tell them to push back a Appointment Bit there not open how you do that so email but they don’t know how to open there email now your a liability issue well I can tell you this place sucks and go somewhere else
