Took one of my babies due to a swollen lower lip. I love that you check in by call or text and the staff lets you know when to come in. I was greeted by a tech upon entering and taken right to a room. The tech was very nice. The doctor came in and examined my kitty and determined what she thought the problem was. She went out to get the medicine and n she came back in she even had a book with similar examples of my cat’s condition! I had a great experience from start to finish. The lady who took care of the check out process was so nice! I would definitely recommend bringing your pets here!

One of my fur babies is really sick. They got him an appointment right away. From the time I entered with my baby they were helpful and ready to go. The vet tech was amazing with our baby. The doctor went through everything from blood work and imaging. She was clear at explaining everything. They even gave us the cost up front and it was affordable for everything that our baby had done. I would recommend them 💯. They were so kind and helpful. Thank you.

Im extremely frustrated trying to order my dogs medications with them. Ive always ordered heartworm meds through the Chewy website without any problems. However, once I moved here and started going to this vet they refused to approve any prescriptions through Chewy even though it costs nearly $20 less. Instead, they are insisting I buy the meds through them and pay for a heartworm test even though my dogs have continually been on heartworm prevention EVERY single month.

I have always received the best customer service! All of the staff is helpful, on the phone or during an appointment. They always take care of our fur babies!

Ive have been taking my dogs to Spring Meadow for five years now. Ive been pretty much happy with the vets and techs there. They are always very nice and seem to care about the animals they treat. The care is certainly on a par with other vets I have used in the past and been happy with. There prices are very reasonable compared to some other vets Ive used.

Spring Meadow has cared for our dogs for over 20 years, Pokey for 15 from a puppy through his old age and end of life. They used LASER treatments before they were common, which together with his meds and and a geriatric specialist performing chiropractic and acupuncture, kept him mobile an additional three years after he developed rear quarter and pain problems. They are not the least expensive vet around, but have always treated us successfully and well.

Spring Meadow has been taking care of my cats veterinary needs since she was a kitten. She is now a senior cat. They have always treated her with gentle kindness and professionalism. They take the time to explain what they are doing and why and dont push unnecessary treatments just for money. I dont trust my furbaby to just anybody but I trust them.

The vets are wonderful. However, if your pet requires special food then they will not allow you to order from anywhere else. Their food is 15 dollars more per bag for the special cat food than I found elsewhere. Just be ready to pay more regularly.

Excellent clinic! They have their own on call vet instead of forcing their clients to travel to Akron after hours. They provide compassionate care in all situations- puppy, injuries and end of life.

Ive been taking my cat here for a few years now. I was hesitant to take him for some boosters due to Covid... but I took him today, everything was SEAMLESS. The entire team is so sweet, so caring, and communicated very well with me. I was very impressed today and will continue to take my boy here.

Weve been taking our puppy to Spring Meadow since we brought him home and hes a happy healthy darling puppy and now weve had him neutered and they gave us a soft collar for him that looks much better than those hard plastic ones we are happy with everyone weve worked with so far. This place only cares about your money, my mom lost her dog due to an ear infection that they had no care in fixing. Upon arriving to an emergency appointment, they treated it as if it wasn’t important putting other people who weren’t having an emergency first. They will never have my business again. Money hungry veterinarians is all they are.

We are new to the area and we were impressed with our visit. Due to the Covid issues in the world, admittance to the building was restricted but handled quite well. While we waited outside under a shady 🌳 our gal was examined inside. Then Dr. Fox called us with all the info we needed and patiently answered all our questions before our fur baby was brought outside to us. . She also showed a very nice sense of humor. It was rather strange to not ‘see’ the doctor yet really appreciated the safety first attitude of the staff since my husband is high risk.

I was so happy when I realized Kala Fox was the D.V.M. that examined my boxer. She was kind and knowledgable. Exactly what you want when it comes to your fur children. Weve been looking for a new vet and were super satisfied with this first experience.

Weve been bringing our dogs to Spring Meadow for almost 25 years now. They have all had all their care there, as well as grooming needs. We are down to one dog now, our Old English Sheepdog, and we cant say enough good things about the ENTIRE TEAM there, from the kennel staff, to the Techs, the Vets, and the front office staff too In addition, our dog, Scamp, really likes everyone there too. They are a full service veterinary facility, and in addition to the family pets, they also do large farm animals. Weve had just about every service they offer there, from boarding, surgeries, teeth cleanings, preventative care, medications, grooming, and sadly, when the time came euthanasia and cremation of our dearly loved pets, so we speak from experience. You can trust them to take the VERY BEST CARE of you pets.

My family has used this clinic for 15+ years for pets ranging from rabbits, hamsters, cats, and dogs. They are extremely personable and knowledgeable on anything to do with pet health. I fully recommend them to anybody who wants top notch health care for their pets. Exceptional work.

We love this place. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Dr. Lisa is the best. She has helped us out in a pinch and we appreciate her so much. The other Staff is amazing too, I’m sorry for not naming more names, but they have been wonderful to us in the loss of 2 of our dogs and the care of our current pets.

All of the Spring Meadow Veterinarian clinic team are ALL SUPERB STAFF!!! I can call and they are there to help anyway they can and with such a caring and compassionate demeanor. I recently had to make the call for the Doc come out to put one of my horses down. Even though it was a very hard decision to make, the Doc was right there for me and helped me through it with such a compassionate understanding of my grief. I could see she felt the same grief as I did . I would definitely recommend this clinic that has the best team, to everyone. Great people!!! Great staff... from the doctors to the vet techs to the office staff... very caring & knowledgeable...with each stage... from our last goodbye to our sweet Bella to welcoming a new puppy and everything in between...nice experience. We are thankful they take great care of our girls!

This is a fantastic clinic! All of the staff were very kind and obviously cared about the well-being of my cat. He was hospitalized for a little less than a week and they were very good about giving me daily updates on how he was doing as well as letting me know if they saw anything odd. They were also great about letting me know exactly how they were treating him and why. Will definitely come back here any time I need veterinary care from now on!

Was there today (on a Saturday) The staff went above and beyond and even stayed late to take care of my cat. She is now able to rest comfortably.They are all so nice here! You can tell they love their jobs and love our little kitty Louie!

Highly recommend. They did an excellent job keeping my 15 yo dog happy and healthy into the end of his life and were so helpful and understanding the whole way through. An excellent office filled with people who care about the pets and their humans.

We needed a vet who could take care of our horses, our difficult basset hound, and a couple of new kittens. Weve worked with 2 different vets and both were excellent. Our sometimes ill tempered basset has also boarded twice at this facility and we were delighted with the whole program. The office staff are also top notch. Thank you Spring Meadow.

Just an amazing group of people who are extremely animal-centered but very people-savvy as well. From puppy joy to beloved old dog euthanasia.... they had my pet’s back the whole way, w phenomenal knowledge and compassion. Whole staff is great, including vet techs and office staff! Dr Lahmon takes time to explain all diagnoses and treatments in great detail; just a super place for any animal and animal-lover!

Called in because my cat was breathing heavily, I was put in the same day. unfortunately he had leukemia and did not make it. The staff made this whole terrible situation the best they could. Being seen the same day made my cat more comfortable for his last day and I truly appreciated that.

The best vets in the area and I have been through several. All staff is kind and caring. My Boomer was a very difficult dog and they handled him with patience and kindness. I cannot say enough good things about everyone there. They were willing to work with OSU for my Kodys bladder cancer which I did not find to be the case with another area vet. And I take comfort in knowing they are on-call for emergencies which was lacking at another area vet. I am particular about who I entrust with my fur babies but I trust Spring Meadow and highly recommend them.

Receptionist was self important enough to dismiss my cats injuries without any consultation of a technician. He is an outdoor cat with a really bad injury to his leg. I had him in the carrier when I tried to take him before (when she was dismissive) and now he wont go near me so I cant take him for treatment. Thanks Spring Meadow.

Dr. Lahman was able to suture my horse after being kicked by another horse. She came out to my farm the same day I called into the clinic and she did a great job and answered many other questions I had! I would highly recommend her for the care of your equines.

We have been using spring meadows since our boxer got hurt and they helped when no one else would. I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else. They have been there through the pets at the end of their lives and the addition of newer pets. They generally care for each and everyone of them. I have a mastiff that doesnt care for many people but loves her vet. Its amazing when we go in how much of a difference it is for her. I always recommend them and will continue to recommend them to anyone.

Our cat was very anemic after a bad flea infestation. They were quick to schedule him that day, took blood work amd were even able to do the tests in house. If it wasnt for this place, Im not sure my baby would have lasted the night. I will be going to them again for all my pets

Just wanted to say thank you for the great job that Dr Schwan did in helping us through a tough weekend with our dog. Puppy Parker was very sick with what turned out to be acute pancreatitis over the weekend. As current customers, Spring Meadows offers emergency care. We called the emergency number, had our calls returned in less then 30 minutes both on Saturday and Sunday. We were able to get through until Monday on the advise of Dr Schwan although she said she would be able to meet us at the clinic along with other staff both days if we wanted or needed to. The emergency care fee is very reasonable also. The staff and doctors are pleasant and knowledgeable along with empathetic to both their animal patients and human customers. We have used many vets throughout the years due to a transient job but Spring Meadows and Dr Schwan are the best of them all!

All of the staff has always been so friendly and welcoming. Which is really hard to find. Whenever I have had a concern about my dog both of the vets have taken the time to go over everything and explain things well. You can tell they all really care about your pet :)

The lady Doctor was very rude. The place was a dump! It was a necessary situation for my cat to be seen. Will never go there again!

I was able to get a same day appointment to bring my moms dog in and everyone at Spring Meadow was wonderful.

If I could give this clinic more than 5 stars I would! I was on my way to their clinic for an illness my dog was suffering from and he actually passed away suddenly in my car. I called them flipping out and sobbing and completely distraught and when I arrived they were actually waiting in the parking lot for me. They took care of me as well as checking my precious Capone to see if there was anything they could do (which there was not). They then assured that I got home safely! I am beyond impressed with their professional, yet personal care both I and my pet got. Thank you so much!!! I will be back with my other pets!

We had dealt some with this vet clinic, but will now be switching all our dogs to their care full time. We had to have our oldest dog put down due to pain and other complications. The whole staff, especially Dr. Stout, was so caring and compassionate. They asked us about each step, let us take our time, and stepped around me as I laid on the floor with him. For such a horrible thing, it really could not have been a better experience.

These ladies were WONDERFUL! We were on vacation in Loudonville when our 6 year old pup decided to get sick. We called around begging for someone to see her knowing it was going to be a battle being the day before a holiday. These ladies squeezed us in and took care of our girl like she was their own. They did all of this knowing we couldnt be long term patients. They are seriously the best. Thank you again to the staff for getting our girl back to normal!

The staff is extremely rude. Need to call them? Good luck getting a answer, you can just leave a voicemail and they will never call you back. I told them before bringing my dog in that he was a rescue dog and due to his background doesnt like strangers until he warms up to them. The first thing the vet did was walk in obnoxiously loud and clap her hands right in his face which caused him to growl and then she treated him like he was a monster the rest of the visit. Gave them a second shot because I thought maybe it was just a bad first experience but I was wrong, it was just as bad as the first experience. I now drive 45 mins to a vet that takes her time with my dogs and treats them like family and its so nice walk in to a building where the front desk staff is actually friendly!

This has to be the worst vet I have ever had to deal with. I took my dog in for a normal nail trim. Grant it he dose not like his feet touched. They cut his nails and handed me the leash to my dog and said he is ready to go. I look down and a pool of blood forms at his feet. The two techs tried to say this is normal. After arguing with the techs she attempted to fix the mistake she made she was very aggressive and rough with him during this yanking on his leash. While being very rude to me as a customer.Please do your self a favor and go someplace that enjoys animals. I will say the few DR that work there know what there are doing but the techs and office staff are very disrespectful.
