The app doesn’t allow you to cancel pickup orders and instead tells you to call to cancel. I called for over 30 minutes and not a soul in Customer Service picked up. I even tried transferring to customer service by calling a different department. While BOTH of these departments picked up within seconds, customer service only did once - then they picked up the phone and dropped it back down to hang up on me without saying a word or before I could say anything. Sam’s Club should consider updating the app for order modifications if their customer service employees can’t be bothered to pick up the phone. Thank you a million times over to the Sam’s live chat agent for helping take care of the order issue within minutes!

Came in and was told that i had to pay a premium on top of my membership to shop at opening time. Im considering dropping my membership after it expires if i cant come in when i want to shop.

Store is well stocked and usually carry everything were in need of. The employees are usually nice and helpful, but I am getting sick and tired of the hard sell for the upgraded membership at the register. Weve even gotten an attitude last couple of times because we declined. This is not a used car lot. I just want to shop and leave. I will ask if I want to upgrade. I dont need it shoved down my throat EVERY TIME I shop

Great store even starting to have samples again which made my children VERY happy!!!! They move stuff around a lot so does take awhile to find stuff anymore 🤣 some of the best grapes Ive had this year are sold there too

First of all, I have been a Sams Club member for many years. This was my first experience with the tire department and probably my last! The website says the tire department opens at 8:00am on Saturday. I called on Friday to double check or to ask about appts. No one answered the phone after multiple calls. So I show up Saturday at 8:00 am. I was informed they dont open until 10:00! I leave and come back. The guy asked who here has a 10:00 appt? No one answers. 2 people in front of me do their business. My turn, I had ordered tires that were in. He said Youre going to be here for a while!. I asked if my car would be finished in 1 1/2 hours. He said no way. Okay, how do I make an appt? Next appt is 1 week from today. Wow! I asked if I could just get my tires and take them somewhere else. Yes, then I had to renew my membership. I had to get out of line to go to the service desk. Sams Club, you can keep your tires. I will never use your tire service again! Mr. Rex, you need to learn a little more friendly customer service. BTW, when I left, there were 4 mechanics just standing around in the bays and no cars had been pulled in yet.

Gas prices great! Store does not have enough cashiers or people checking as you leave store. Two lines from exit all the way back to self check out lines. They need to hire more people or schedule people better if they do not need people. Stocked good but waiting to leave store seems a bit crazy.

Store is clean and well-stocked. I asked for assistance on something and the staff members I talked to were friendly and helpful. I used the app to check out, but the lines weren’t bad. The people at both the entrance and exit were friendly.

Went to Sams to get the pre cooked bacon, they were out!Been out a while and on back order...... Encountered ome of the nicest and most helpfulassociates ever, wish I had gotten his name....... always buy my gas at Sams!!!

Sams Club works good for us. By buying in bulk we save money. We make meals in quantity & then packaged in one meal sizes. These we freeze. When thawed in the microwave it becomes instant meals. Ez home cooked, no additives, no processing, but quick & easy. Just 2 of us but works well.

Little Evies GranddaddiO was so disappointed with Sams club. Why you might ask? Welp the reason was all the silly unmasked customers. GranddaddiO was very complimentary of the staff. Every staff member wore a mask and they were all very nice. It was those silly customers. GranddaddiO told me masks work, if they didnt why do surgeons, surgery staff and all others wear them during surgery? Silly people. Sams club should enforce mask mandates. If a customer refuses to wear one, give them one and make certain they wear it correctly. If everyone wore a mask and got vaccinated, Id be able to go to a park and make fun new friends. Up to date with your big buy all needs. Including those that you dont haha. Social regards are good to go in the ideals of the pandemic. People are mostly wearing their masks correctly, and those who arent, well, theres not much to say about them other than hope they know what they are doing. I say this with a grain of salt, you can only keep everyone protected in a big buy store like Sams, and you can only keep your procedures going in tact so far as their are enough people to uphold them. Otherwise, Sams does a good job with what they do as an establishment in itself.

Sams Club member for 20 years. The gas lines are outrageous with noone helping to keep the lines flowing. Twice Ive waited in line for over 20 minutes only to have someone pull in front of me to the pump and the attendant wasnt doing anything to prevent this action in any of the lines.The in store employees work hard and it is clean.

Sams club held it down with the gas shortage going on. Didn’t raise prices and had multiple employees out directing traffic and making sure things went as efficient as possible.

This particular Sams Club has really friendly customer service. The prices are really good and dont break the bank buying in bulk. I have nothing but good things to say about this store. Way better than Wally World

A bit crowded. Prices are good. Everything is clean as far as I could tell.

I took the tire in off the car and was told by staff & manager they could not fix it while I waited and the next appointment was in six days. Six days on my SUV’s donut would be dangerous as it states no more than 3. Free tire repair is useless if problems can’t be fixed in a reasonable time. Back to Costco for future purchases and sorry to have tried Sam’s again. Sam’s was closer but not worth enduring bad service.

Incredibly slow, impossible to contact to setup an appointment, and appointments dont even matter, because it still took a half an hour to get to me. Took about 2 hours to get two tires installed, Ive had other shops get it done in under half an hour, never buying tires here again, go to a smaller tire store, support local business, and get on with your day way faster. Had appointment at 11, got out at 1:45 after going back to physically check if they were finished, they never called me like they were supposed to, and I doubt they would have until another hour passed

Its Sams lol...good place to buy in bulk. Most of the employees Ive dealt with have been nice. Sometimes they can be a little short but I guess thats expected in a big store like Sams, people get busy.

Really unprofessional! Have no patience with customers, I went to Sams today (2/6/2021 about 11AM so if management cares they can address issues with staff) asked for help with paying, and the lady was like Ill be there in a second because she was busy telling a STORY to other employees. When she finally came to help 5 minutes later I told her I only have cash and I didnt see card only sign. She said to take receipt to front to pay with cash. I got to the front and the lady was really rude amd told her what was happening and said I only check receipts you need to get in line again. She wanted me to wait in line again, not only that but the same place I started from. I told her I waited 25 minutes in line already and you dont have cash option there and asked her for help and all she said was sorry not my problem. I asked to speak with supervisor and she said there busy. So I just left cart at front. No matter how good the bargains are if you have poor customer service skills like that I will not return. I rather pay a little bit more but be happy with good service then save a few bucks and get treated the way I did

Theyve Redesigned The Center Part Of The Store And Made The Glow Less User Friendly. I Number Of Aisles End Up At The Checkout Area Where Its Always Crowded. Plus, Theyve Added More Self Checkout Lines And Fewer Attendant Maned Checkout Lines.

Finally found some good down times to shop when its not so busy! Always a great selection and amply stocked. Really appreciate the return of the prepared salads and meals.

Worst managed Sams Club in America. This location constantly has stocking issues, products available in every other Sams Club are out of stock in Asheville. The isles and coolers are always full of empty boxes. The local store management should be replaced.

The worst of any Ive ever been to. While Im on a roll. Why do I have to drag my card out of my purse to enter the freaking store. You cant buy a damn thing without your card. So annoying. Plus its just a nasty store.

I showed up an hour and a half early for my appointment to get tires mounted. They took me right in and got my vehicle done. The tires are perfectly balanced. What an amazing ride. These guys are top notch.

I did a curbside pick-up and it was fast and Kim who place my order in the back of my car too care to arrange the items so they would slide around while I was driving. Kim was also super nice and cheery!

I left absolutely disgusted. The customer service support desk was absolutely no help in activating my membership and employees we’re not wearing their face covering masks over their noses and mouths—Specifically one older employee named Jennifer. Not to mention Jennifer rudely asked me if I was “done” upon me asking her a question. She quickly passed me off to a different employee so she could socialize at the other end of the desk.Not to mention that multiple people came up to my car in the parking lot asking me for money—even going so far as to tap on my car window. Cart attendants caused traffic jams in the parking lot. This whole place was a fiasco.I will never be returning. This was a horrible experience overall.

God help because this place is going to hell in a hand basket. Service is horrible if you can find anyone. If Im going to have to do everything myself then give me a discount. I dont want to work for Sams Club🤯

The Sams curb side represenative that loaded my products was great. I had parked in the wrong pick up area and he walked around the building to show me the correct pick up area. He was very polite and I was impressed with him.

Asheville NC is a clean well organized Sams Club with a mens bathroom inside unlike the Hickory Nc club where for the last several years us guys have to go outside to a portable bathroom. Good thing I live equal distance between Asheville and Hickory.Southern hospitality at its finest.

Sams Club has a great selection of products for sale at excellent prices, I highly recommend shopping here. The $45 yearly membership may seem steep but it really isnt for how much money youll save shopping there. My only complaint so far is that the Patton Avenue location doesnt carry small breed dog food, but besides that they have just about anything youd need from a grocery store and more.

Its a great story

I brought in a prescription for our dogs heartworm prevention 25 minutes before the pharmacy closed for lunch. They were kind enough to fill it within 15 minutes. I also love their touch free check out app. I can check out my items by using my smartphone and show the person at the door the code on my phone as my receipt.

15 year member of sams club got denied entry because I had a mobile version of the card. We are in 21st century I dont always have my card on me. Costumer service poor and rude, have using a mobile version of card for years first time I experience this, Is this a North Carolina only rule ? If so I would understand

Its a good Sams Club. Theyve redesigned the floor plan since I was there last and its a little easier to see everything.

Had had everything I need. I was able to get in and out quickly.

First time doing order and pick up... My ignorance made it difficult.. figured it out now ..It is quite good

I want to start off by saying I love Sams club however, I had a horrible experience with the tire department. I ordered my tires online they told me it would be 3 to 5 Business days, which turned into 13 days and when they did get there they were the wrong tires. I was so frustrated I just wanted my money back. Well one of the employees knew they made a mistake and told me to hold on. He walk in the back, came back out, and said he had the same exact tires I originally ordered and they were just sitting in the back there for about two months. He told me he would have to ask the Manager if he could let me have them since they ordered the wrong ones. My initial plan was to buy tires from Sam’s Club because they do have really good prices. I was just going to take them to my local tire shop to have them put on...well I should of just stuck to that plan because the guy that works there told me they would put them on for me since I had to wait so long to get them. I said okay...BIG MISTAKE they ended breaking 2 of my tire sensors 15 minutes after I left there my dashboard light started blinking at me. I stopped off at the trusted tire center Swanns Tire up the road from my house and they found a broken sensor floating around in my tire so I paid to have a new sensor put on to find out I had two more broken sensors. I took it back to Sams and explained what happened they reimbursed me for one sensor and told me they didn’t know how long it would take to put on the other one. I was there at 10:00 am they said they can get to it at some point. I was already frustrated and decided to go with my trusted tire place up the road from my house to me it was worth spending the extra $30 to just get it over with. I love you Sams club, I really do, but not the tire center.
