I wanted a unique activity to celebrate my birthday so we booked a private waterfall tour on August 28th with George Luther. George is a professional and loves nature and educating his clients on Asheville. Walk With Me tours is a full-service agency. George wanted us to have an enjoyable yet safe tour - the vehicle was very clean, tasty (individually-wrapped) snacks and hand sanitizer were offered and we wore masks when social distancing was not possible. However, that does not mean the heart of the tour was lost. George listened to the sites we wanted to visit and incorporated everything I hoped to experience during our private tour. The picnic lunch was right on time and the view couldnt be better. Walk With Me guided tour was a highlight of our first trip to Asheville. Regardless of the tour selected, choose Walk With Me tour to experience the best of what a locally owned tour agency has to offer!

I had hiked with George in August 2018 and because it was such a great tour wanted to hike with him again. I got my wish when Hurricane Dorian crawled up the coast last week and I had to evacuate. We did two tours on two different days and they were both fantastic! Both had a lovely walk in the woods or through a meadow, and a climb to an amazing view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. All along George was pointing out interesting natural and cultural history of the area in a conversational way. Not only would I highly recommend Walk With Me Tours for others, I am looking forward to hiking with them again!

We took this trip over Spring Break 2020 (pre-COVID). Not knowing what was to come later (COVID) makes it even more special to us now. My husband and I both work very busy jobs and rarely get a chance to bond as a family with our 5 year old son and 16 year old daughter. Im SO GRATEFUL we decided to do this tour with George. My husband and kids had never done a hike like this before, and we all raved about it in the end. We didnt want it to end! George and his lovely wife arrived on time at our hotel, drove us to the beautiful spot in his very clean, comfortable vehicle, and provided a very professional, fun tour. We were able to take as many pictures as we needed and never felt rushed. He provided great information on the history of Asheville, the waterfalls, and so on. Its rare that my visions for vacations actually turn out as planned. This one did just that and more! We will definitely do it again and highly recommend!

Best tour guide in Asheville! Super happy with the group tour we booked for our fall leaf viewing on the parkway. Would do it again when visiting- hopefully next spring!

Excellent variety of offered tours at an affordable price. Very friendly, knowledgeable and polite. We really enjoyed our hour tour of Biltmore Village and even booked another afternoon with a family group around Ashville! Highly recommended!
