Vicky and her staff were amazing! My Grammy and I walked in for pedicure and to get our nails done. The woman who did my pedicure was awesome, she was gentle on my toes (I had some pretty bad ingrown nails). They were all friendly and polite. Vicky had an incredible amount of knowledge that she gladly shared with me about nail growth and care. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you for the great service!

I expected better. I spent 80.00 for my friend and I have to have a pedicure. It was her birthday...so she got the guy and I got the girl. I had to drool over the massage my friend was getting the entire time. The lady...was distracted by her child that was there while she worked. Her child was great...but still. The attention my feet got...not happy....I left there feeling upset, actually. At least my friend got the attention, since it was her birthday. I wont go back there....and apparently I need to request a guy...from now on. :(

My mother and I have been going to this nail salon for 10 years and it it hands down the best place to get your nails done!

They never quite get it right. They constantly dig deep into the great toe. Making it very uncomfortable. My nails started chip day one.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! The girl cut the nail on the side of my big toe and pulled back on it I said ow!!!! She kept pulling and ripped the skin. I couldnt sleep that night my toe was throbbing. It got infected and I had to soak my foot in Epsom salts and squeeze the puss out. Disgusting my poor toe and that place!!!! Old nail clipping were all in the trays. Will most certainly never return!

My favorite place to get my eyebrows done and sometimes my nails. Staff is super friendly, clean environment and enjoyable space. Theyre usually fairly booked so best to call ahead.

Sang Hong is fantastic! Ive been doing gel nails and pedicures with her for more than a year. Shes fun and friendly, her work always looks great and it lasts a long time too. She also helped me break away from my french tip only manicure habit. ;) I definitely recommend her, have fun!

My 5 year old daughter and I went for the first time. Everyone was so nice and incredibly helpful. Great place for mommy/daughter days.

Location appears nice but you won’t get a good pedicure. Girl constantly got up to help people walking in and answered phone calls during my pedicure. No pumice stone or sugar scrub. No warm perrifin or even a hot towel wrap. Her leg and foot massage was so weak it felt like a cat rubbing it’s tail against you. She picked at my ingrown nail but didn’t cut it out. It hurt for days! Don’t bother to waste your time walking in - they’ll only make you make an appointment to come later!

Location seems nice at first, but the staff are incredibly rude. I came in at 6pm (1 hour before close) and they turned me away. They acted like I was asking for the world and were laughing at me and speaking about me in a different language in front of my face. Very unprofessional. I’ve given this place 3 tries and all times I’ve left disappointed. My cuticles have been cut and bled, services very rushed, and the staff are not nice. I don’t recommend. There are much more accommodating places in Asheville than Hands on Spa.

The place was not busy but it was the loudest nail salon Ive ever been in. Employees were talking loudly across the room with each other. One had a small child that was running all over the place and also being loud. I had had a massage before I went and now Im more stressed than I was before the massage. I will never go there again.

I had hannah today for a dip powder manicure and eyebrow wax today. The best and most professional manicure Ive ever had. After TWO YEARS of living in asheville I finally found the perfect salon. Great, clean environment and genuinely friendly people. I will absolutely return.

Absolutely terrible. Tried to swing by and get a last minute pedicure. We were willing to wait, but they didnt even give us a chance. They turned us away immediately. Terrible place. Horrible service! Do not come here at all!!

This was the absolute worst Mani pedi Ive ever had in my life. And Ive had a few in my day. The woman was distracted and took forever to get it done. They left my girlfriends feet soaking for 45 min before they even started her

I had a great pedicure today, the service is friendly and getting the mid range $45 one was great, the massage is better and the total towels and lotions were lovely!

Terrible experience today. Very rude lady and she gashed my toe. It still hurts really bad. I yelled for her to please stop because she kept doing it and she didnt listen. I have never been in so much pain!!!! I will never go back there!!!

Went here to get my nails and toes done.for wedding thats in 5 days and can honestly say it was the most horrible experience ever!!! I never got to sit with my bridesmaids even tho we had an apt, not to mention every nail design i wanted the lady said she couldnt do . When they started on my toes there was a cotten ball stuck in the foot soaker and the the lady pulled hang nails or something out that werent hurting at all prior to the visit. After wards both of my bug toes were extremely sore by tbe next morning ny ties were very red and infected, and nails were already peeling back !!! I was outraged i told them i wanted my money back and they refused !!! Unless you like your toes to be infected i wouldnt recommend this place

Went with my sister today and her and I both regretted coming here. The staff was extremely rude and the pedicure was not great. It was very awkward at moments and honestly I felt like I was bothering them by just even being there.
