Daya Mental Health services have helped many people in the asheville and surrounding areas. They are patient, caring and go above and beyond for their clients. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is need of help, support and recovery.
Im a neuropsychologist with nearly a decade of experience working with multiple Daya staff members. They provide compassionate and clinically sound psychiatric care to members of our community who desperately need it. Everyone who I refer to Daya has positive feedback about their experience. They are my first thought with any client needing psychiatric evaluation or management. Perhaps more importantly, their compassion and commitment to the spirit of service drive their engagement with clients, distinguishing them from psychiatric providers who provide assembly-line medication management. They form warm, supportive relationships with their clients, and work to support the whole person.
Tabitha is great. The automaton at the front desk however, is rude and terribly unfeeling. And question I had regarding financial information was referred back to “the paper work you signed up hen you signed up.” That fine print normally glossed over because you’re happy you finally found someone to help. Obviously to the letter if the law it’s my responsibility to read that all before signing. I admit I didn’t but charging me $30 for a prescription refill outside of my “normal” appointment just seems like an unnecessary and mean spirited fee. Especially as I’m trying to make the aforementioned appointment.
Wonderful, caring a and supportive staff! Highly recommended!
Tabatha is as knowledgeable as you will find in the area. From anxiety and depression to substance use issues, she is more than capable of finding the best treatment plan. Her honesty and compassion are a great mix for all patients at Daya Mental Health and Wellness.
Days Mental Health has been the best and most comfortable experience. Seeking help for mental illness can be stressful and difficult but the staff at Daya is extremely passionate about helping their clients. I would recommend 100%.
I could not have dealt with all of my issues without them.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about the team at Daya. I refer my clients consistently. They always consider the best interests for the client. I couldnt be more grateful for this provider in our area. Tabatha truly cares for each of her clients. The team does an excellent job with communicating with other providers and the patients. I will continue to utilize Dayas excellent care in the future.

I have been on buprenorphine for almost 10 years now and the sublacade shot for about 3 month now so I have dealt with alot of doctors dealing with Tabitha at daya wellness was one of the worst experiences of my life not only dose she come off cold and very uncaring I dont know if thats intentional or not but the big problem was the shot I was originally supposed to come in to get my shot and had heard from the pharmacy said they were going to send it the next day I then try calling daya wellness several times to make sure that that was accurate they did not call me back next thing I know Im getting a hundred different phone calls from the Parcel Service trying to make the delivery of the shot saying that no one was there to accept it they tried to deliver it almsot 10 times so I tried calling Daya again and again no one answered and no one called me back for days so the shot was sent back and ended up not being able to use it because its sat on a hot truck for a week when they did finally call me back almost four days later they tried blaming it on the pharmacy and the partial service instead of just apologizing and accepting responsibility for their mess up not to mention because of that i had to rearrange my schedule twice i work a full-time job and rearranging my schedule is extremely hard to do and having to explain to your boss exactly whats going on which is also embarrassing so when I did finally get a hold of them I had mentioned that it was unprofessional and that I would like to find a new provider and I feel like at that point most doctors offices would try and explain why you should stick with them and at least try and make an effort to make you feel cared for but instead she just hands me a piece of paper and is like heres a list of different providers which I found extremely weird overall I strongly suggest avoiding daya wellness in Asheville Ive talked to other friends that have went there for their sublocade or subutex and found out that this is actually quite common for them to have constant mess ups and not communicate with their patients appropriately
