My company had a heck of a hard time calling sign company after sign company trying to get these some simple yard signs rush-printed. Not only could no one else in town make it happen in our time frame, they didn’t even hold a candle to Greg and the teams customer service or pricing. Scheduled an appointment to have some vinyl decals removed from my sprinter van. Purchased the van used and the decals were originally installed by Fastsigns, so I figured I should use them. Sent over photos for a quote, got an appointment two weeks out. Dropped van off at appointment and got a call an hour later that the work would cost almost double the quote and they would not attempt the work that day. I understand that they reserve the right re estimate the quote butthey claim that my photos were miss leading... not sure how you mistake a Sprinter van for anything less than a Sprinter van + (the decals were only on some panels and not a full vehicle wrap) Nikki, the employee I spoke to was very polite, but made little in the way of an apology, and made no effort to try and reschedule. I understand that sometimes work will cost more than quoted and that it even may take more time than expected, but the nonchalance of this company regarding their customers time any money was disappointing and seriously inconvenient. I will be taking my business to Signarama of Asheville

Were it possible to leave zero stars, I would. I have never received this level of poor service – from ANY company – before. Not only were they unable to come up with ANY ideas, but they never called to cancel our scheduled meetings (4 all together!). Instead they said to me at my arrival, Gee, I was so tied up that I never got to your preliminary drawings or came up with any ideas; I guess I kind of forgot what exactly you wanted. Can you tell me again? ...3 times in a row! Im embarrassed now that I gave them a 2nd and 3rd chance. If you want anything more than just simple vinyl on a truck or window, Id steer way clear of this shop.

Terrible service. Its very hard to get replies from the inside sales staff. Three phone calls and two weeks just to get a quote on a small job. I think they have so much business they dont have time for smaller projects. Im going local which I should have done to start with.

Sales guy was quoting a vinyl wrap repair on my car and wanted to piece together the replacement for what was originally a whole cut. If it was whole before why piece it together to replace. Yeah its cheaper and easier but it wouldnt look as good. Sales guy was also very rude maybe having a bad day just didnt seem to want to be there.
