Since there is no Glassdoor for me to leave an employee review, I will leave one here. During the height of the pandemic, while many were unemployed, I went through the worst interviewing/hiring process of my life with this company. They called me twice in one day, once to schedule an interview and then immediately after to tell me to put in a notice for my current job because they surely wanted me to work there after reviewing my resume. So I did.I go in to meet them, and they tell me theyve randomly called numbers on my resume (without asking me for my references). The problem here, is that I (and many others) had left a past job because of the horrible management. They called and asked the wrong person who I had never worked with about the quality of my work, and then proceeded to tell me during my interview that the manager wouldnt hire me back and that I had red flags. I sat at a table full of men and got degraded for my work experience because they called colleagues who had no clue what it was like to work with me. To put it in perspective, they called an old CEO who made the entire office work overtime without paying us. Those of us who had issues with that were seen as disposable.Fast forward a week or two. They call me back and asked me to come work a completely different position. I needed the work, because they caused me to LOSE MY JOB when they asked me to put in my notice. I go work for them for two days, then on my day off, they called me to tell me that their employee I was replacing had decided to stay in his position (after telling me that he wasnt good at his job).To the management at Ehlen Analytics: These are real peoples livelihoods. I have seen that you are/were hiring again, as it took me MONTHS to find a new job after you guys caused me to lose mine. I went hungry for months because of you. Maybe you should meet as a team and be sure of your hiring decisions before you tell applicants they have the job. In the end, Im happy to not be working there seeing how they treat their employees and how poorly they talk about them to other employees. However, you guys need to know how you affected my entire life with your unprofessionalism.Response to your reply: If you want to go review my resume, youll see that it says personal references available upon request right there at the bottom. I have had that exact statement there since I first made my resume, and have never edited that part. I was correct in mentioning that you called someone I never worked with. You called someone who spends most of his time out of the office at Disney world or trade shows and had never once single time worked with me.I am not attempting to slander your company. Im also not quite sure how I could have been underperforming while I was in training, when the training you provided was me sitting and watching an employee do his job for two days, the second of which he had to go home because he was feeling ill. I also believe most companies with ethical practices sit down with employees if they are underperforming in any way to discuss issues and try to resolve. Slandering involves lying, and I am speaking to my exact experience. You may call me a liar to make it seem like Im disgruntled, but I am happily employed now and all is well.I dont leave reviews for companies often, but you all need to know how your interviewing process affects people, if you care at all. I also think that people interviewing with you should be aware of my experience so they dont have a similar one and lose their jobs during such a crucial time. Thank you for your response on this matter, at least I know you saw it.
