Maid Pro did a fantastic job! My first clean with Maid Pro was following construction work. No signs of sheetrock dust. bathrooms super clean. House smells terrific! Ceilings to floor boards all clean. Beyond my expectations. Crew wen over time at no extra charge.

When the house got away from us, Maidpro has been a god send. We are working professionals who also care for an aging grandmother at home. Olivia is wonderful she comes in and hits the ground running. After the first two visits she knows what we need, and just does it. Well she was out sick today and they sent a replacement Phineas C. He. had never been here before but after a quick tour and being told what we needed he went straight to work, and did not stop. Phineas and Olivia. are excellent, hard working, and just get the job done. Thank you for all of your help.

Oh my goodness- I hardly have words. I just got a cleaning by Tiffany and Yolanda, and it exceeded all my expectations. We recently moved into a newly constructed house, so there has been so much dust and dirt everywhere since we moved in. These girls came in and did the most thorough clean. I was so pleased to see them cleaning in very small crevices, hard-to-reach areas. They cleaned every single thing they could see, and left our house looking and smelling amazing. They even took time to take care of special details, like making my daughter’s bed (arranging her blankets and stuffed animals), and taking out our trash (replacing the bags), and moving everything back to where it originally had been. They are so friendly and personable- I felt so comfortable having my daughters around them, and having them in our home. They cleaned quickly and efficiently… can’t recommend them highly enough.

Brianna and Cali were wonderful! Professional, prompt, efficient. We had a top to bottom cleaning and the house is sparkling!

I was ready to give this place 5 stars for being so fantastic and easy to work with. But when they came they left my ac turned all the way down to 60 degrees. Luckily I came the next day to check it out, if I hadnt I might have been stuck with an insanely high electric bill cooling a completely empty apartment. Or even potentially a broken ac. Leaving it that low in the middle of summer is terrible for the unit.They are otherwise super nice and Im sad that I cant give them 5 stars. Something so easy to fix, but also potentially costing me so much extra money. Poor customer service follow throughAlso the oven and the fridge were not cleaned all the way despite paying extra

Actually, I, Carol Corley, am the one who used the service. Tiffany, Ariana Corinne and Tonya faced a monumental task after my tenant moved out.They did an admirable job all around and I will call on Maidpro again. Thank you to all of them. The only reason Im rating them a nine instead of ten is the cost, but, to be fair, it was a huge task.

We experienced exceptional service from Maid Pro in Florida. In Asheville they maintain or exceed that quality, that friendliness and professional approach to business. We really like them. This review concerns third work experience with MaidPro. This cleaning occurred on March 17, 2021. As before, their work crew was very professional. The crew leader was Jessie, and the crew members were Tiffany and Sydni. This service included a completion of the deep clean services and moved into standard cleaning. The deep cleaning function was a hard scrub on the living room, dining area, and kitchen floors to remove stains that did not respond to normal cleaning. They were able to remove every stain, then performed a hard mob to make the floor look pristine. Their standard work services including kitchen cleaning, master bedroom cleaning, powder room cleaning, and stair cleaning. Again, outstanding work.

Fantastic communication, 3 friendly cleaners showed up on time and worked diligently to scrub the whole house in 2.5 hours. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Had a wonderful experience with MaidPro Asheville. Darien M. & Hattie P. were great! Can’t wait for them to come back in July.

I have an Airbnb in Hendersonville and my local cleaners abruptly left without any warning. I was frantic and someone mentioned Maid Pro on my local Facebook Group, among other local companies. I called them all. Maid Pro was the only one that even answered the phone. They took down all my questions and assured me they could help, not only that but they sorted out the mess my previous cleaners left me with, organized all my supplies, gave me a run down of what i needed to order and didnt even charge me for that. Every email is promptly returned, every clean is emailed days before to let me know they are coming. I got a list of when they would be there this month. I just started with Maid Pro but I am very very happy to have found this family owned franchise and sorelieved because I live in Arizona, cant thank them enough.

I am a VERY particular Airbnb/VRBO host and very concious of cleaning and disinfecting during the Covid times. Lauras crew goes over and beyond what many others may skim over. I have primitive antiques and these ladies took care of everything like it was their very own! Everything looked like all I did was clean and polish every day, when I actually work. The bathrooms, bedrooms, great room, all was over the top in cleaning and polishing, and straitening. They organized things I didnt have time to! Even my boots are now straight! Where can you get service like this? They are outstanding and have personalities to match!I was blessed to find Maid Pro and Maid Pro certainly has diamonds in Megan, Ariel, and Shelby.My Angel Team!!!!!!!I had another wonderful angel today and she is awesome + as well!
