Christy is an amazing therapist! I love her compassion and the way she processes information which help me to understand behaviors and feel empowered about what I have control over. She is also a very talented astrologer and I appreciate her incorporating that into our sessions. The knowledge she shares about what is going on astrologically add so much value to the depths of my therapy. She is able to see connections with my emotions to connections with what is happening in the cosmos, and she gives me tools with them to ride the waves with ease and grace. It is comforting to know that my emotions aren’t necessarily from myself but I am picking up on external energies that are affecting them to be what they are. My progress is because of her wholistic approach to mental wellness 💖The facility she is in is also great. Woodfin Wellness is located just off Riverside drive so easy to get to and plenty of parking. There is a very comfortable waiting room with Blue Moon brand water (local), Rumi poetry and soothing sounds. Her office is very comfortable with natural lots of light. I’m so happy she is covered under my insurance and work EAP program ☀️.
