There was a staffing agency I always went too; but when they couldn’t find a place with good location or pay—I came to Spherion. I first spoke to Jordan, he was the one that interviewed me and gave me the drug test. The On-Site person is Stephanie, she was super friendly and helpful. When I didn’t complete my on-boarding paperwork on time she was still able to get me working that same week! She gave me her card and let me know if I had any questions to call or send her a text/email. I’ve spoke to other staff members (Molly) when I’ve had questions and everyone is kind and friendly. They’re also really quick on getting back to me if they don’t have an answer right away. I definitely recommend them, they won’t let you down— and they’ll get you back to working!

I graduated at the end of the summer of 2020 into an awful economy. For two months I spent trying to find a job the traditional method but without even a call or reply from anywhere. I was hesitant to turn to a temporary service with the fear of being sent to a mediocre establishment. However, without little other options, I contacted Spherion to search for a job. I was then assigned to Miss Sara, who would then become more like what I remember as academic advisors from college. She didnt just take my credentials and send me off, but took in what I wanted in a job, what I liked doing so that where she sent me would be a good fit. So now I am working at a great place with a good income and people to work with. I am glad I decided to good to Spherion to help me find a job.

Great people what care a tremendous amount. The only problem I have is that they dont have a other option for gender. I identify as genderqueer and I would like my employer to know that.

This staffing agency works like a well oiled machine: they all seem to make notes and you can talk to any of them and they seem to know who you are and what you are looking for, unlike a couple other staffing agencies that contacted me.Jordan contacted me shortly after I applied for a position they had on Indeed and asked me to come in for an interview the same day. I met with Dan and he had taken the time to review my resume and talked to me about a couple of positions that I had not even considered but that he thought would be a good fit for me. I interviewed with the employer and in fact the job and company culture were exactly what I was looking for!
