I have been fortunate enough to travel a good bit outside the US. Our trip to Israel with Wilcox Travel, continues to be one of the most memorable. For several reasons... Of course the history and the opportunity to give a visual to the written Word.Tyler Wilcox and his team CRUSHED it, in a very good way. A trip of this magnitude comes down to the details and the people. We experienced an amazing team in country that had fantastic knowledge and perspective of His Word and all of the locations we visited. Including an unplanned visit to Jacobs Well.We will be going back, and it will be with Wilcox Travel.

We worked with Andrew and were disappointed by his service, lack of knowledge, and lack of professionalism. He would often fail to return our messages while planning our family vacation to Hawaii. He told us we had plenty of time to schedule certain things, such as a luau, only later to find events had been completely booked. He also did not give us any guidance on Covid restrictions. In the end, Andrew was very rude and dismissive. Save your money and use a travel website.

All I can say is WOW!!!! We were able to meet with Tyler and talk about some travel we wanted to do. The incite he was able to provide up front was unbelievable. Everywhere he recommended or didnt recommend he had personally been to or someone on has staff had been to. He was able to set us up with tours, events, etc. that you couldnt find on the web. Our entire staff had an incredible time and we couldnt thank Tyler enough. We plan on using him for all our upcoming trip both commercially and personally. I would highly recommend Wilcox Travel for all your traveling needs.

I was blessed to experience the journey of a lifetime in Israel with Clayton King Ministries. ALL of the details were handled by Wilcox Travel. When I say ALL DETAILS, I mean ALL. Like Rodney Dangerfield...NO RESPECT!We took 2 hours away from work for an appointment with Juanita. I wanted to visit a travel agent to take some of the planning burden off my boyfriend who always plans everything and is extremely busy and needs a vacation but really has no time to do the research on this one. I wont go into some of the more bizarre details of our visit, but the bottom line was we wanted a week in the Caribbean and we told her we had $10,000 to spend. She said she would email us a link to the resort she chose for us and call us the next morning as soon as she had all the information to book us.She did neither.We called back and left a message asking why no one ever called us back. We heard nothing yet again.We have since booked the Excellence Resort Playa Mujeres through American Airlines Travel at a considerable savings.We will let you know how that trip goes.
