We have been with this Toshiba group for many years because of one thing: Customer Service! As an added benefit, their pricing on our copiers and folding machine is very competitive, the entire staff is extremely competent and readily available, and they go above and beyond to provide excellent products and service! Wish every vendor was as good as Toshiba.

My account representative is very responsive to any requests for assistance, whether it be with billing issues, toner needs or anything else. We have been a customer for a long time. We have had very little issues with the machines that we have had and they are quick to get someone out for a service call on the few occasions we needed someone. It only takes a day or two to get supplies when ordered. Our sales rep is pleasant to work with and works to make sure they are meeting our needs.
