I wanted something that, would fit my three kiddos and all of their sport equipment, as well as making sure we where all comfortable. Which was a little hard at first. Savannah was great in helping us find the car we wanted. Getting into the finance dept to close the deal was a whole different story ( took over 4 hours) . Due to circumstances out of their control, my vehicle will not be ready until sometime next week. Hope that’s a speedier process. All in all, I’m sure I’m going to really enjoy my vehicle once I get it.

Finally! An amazing experience while purchasing a new car! Josh Flowers was awesome. He was able to explain anything I asked about while deciding which 2021 Kia Soul to purchase. He went through their stock many times to find which interior/exterior color scheme that I wanted. He was able to work numbers out with the finance department to get me in a loan range that felt comfortable to me. I cant remember the finance fellas name, but he was a straight shooter and didnt try to oversell me on anything that I did not need. Finally, Alisha was awesome and got me comfortable with my new car, walked me around the service department so I know where to go when I come back for oil changes and even got my first oil change scheduled! And I thought I was an overplanner! As I was leaving today, I told them I was going to rate my experience as a 9, but since they laughed at that silly joke, I am going to bump it to an 11! Great job, team! I love that I switched to Kia!!!

I can only say good things about Paramount Kia of Asheville! I was instantly greeted when I walked into the door and was quickly directed to an amazing sales employee named John Robinson. He actually listened to what I wanted and provided me with options that fit my needs. He knocked it out of the park with my new car! I dont even care that its white lol. Next encounter was my finance guy, Jordan Ogle. he was super quick and very nice!! Quickest Ive ever been in and out of a finance office! Very pleasant. Then there was Alisha Hawthorne, who took the time to show me how to use my new spaceship! Super super sweet and pleasant and very knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever I had a question she took the time to explain it and make sure I understood before moving on to the next task. She was not pushing or rushing at all. I actually have to say that about everyone I encountered, not one was pushy, no one rushed me. I was able to take my time which allowed me to become confident in my decision to move forward with the Kia.

My Sales Rep, Evan Woodward, was amazing! Evan is knowledgeable and fun to work with. He patiently helped me test lots of vehicles and explained all the options and didnt pressure me. Paramount Kia was a great experience. The only small negative was dealing with the finance person. Her figures were accurate but she really pushes the extended warranty. The warranty at Kia is so good, you may not need to buy more. I tested Fords and Hyundai vehicles but the Kias have much better quality.

I’ve had two KIAs and recommended Paramount KIA to a friend who purchased one from them. They began having a problem with the vehicle and brought it in several times due to excessive oil consumption and was told it could be fixed under warranty and that another issue would be taken care of due to a recall but it would take two days and they had no loaner or rental. I went with her and as soon as we walked in, someone was there at the service desk before we even talked to the service person, trying to sell us a car. While the hours long sales pitch was happening my friend was told that her vehicle wouldn’t be covered under warranty because she was a few miles over ( after they’d put her off for two months), and that she could trade it in but they wouldn’t give her much for her 2017 vehicle! The one they were trying to sell her was quoted one price and then increased by $900 because it had to be brought in from a few miles away. They wanted her to sign papers right away without even seeing the vehicle!We left and the next day were told that the work on her vehicle would be covered under warranty as a “goodwill gesture”. BUT when the work was completed she was told the starter went out and it would cost $700. There had NEVER been any problem with the vehicle except for the oil consumption!!!I think it was a trumped up all of a sudden issue to get money out of a poor single mother. If the starter “suddenly”went out it was while in their care and they should have covered the charge. After all this happening KIA has lost two customers. I was going to trade my 2010 for a newer model but changed my mind and my friend is so discouraged with Paramount KIA that she is going to check with Honda or Nissan for a new vehicle. UPDATE: She went to Honda and they gave her $2500 MORE for her trade in than KIA offered and she purchased a newer car at a lower price and better warranty.

After a couple of weeks of searching, we finally landed on a purchasing a vehicle from Paramount Kia. We got an amazing deal but ultimately, it was the salespeople that made us decide to stay with Paramount. We live a couple of hours away from Asheville and during a recent trip, we stopped by the dealership to just check some cars out and thats where we met Faith! She was absolutely phenomenal and took us through all of the nuances of buying this new model. The great thing was that she wasnt pushing a new car on us, just providing us with options. We decided not to purchase that day, however, I stayed in touch with Faith to let her know that I was interested in a car and she stayed true to her word in updating me when similar cars came in. I looked at dealerships in my hometown but we made the trek back because we valued the customer service provided by the Paramount family! The day we came Faith was helping another customer so she introduced us to Alexa who was just as amazing! Alexa was warm, friendly, and provided us with just as much guidance! We walked away with a car that day that we could have gotten anywhere but the customer service was absolutely top notch so THANK YOU FAITH AND ALEXA!!!!

Let me start off by saying this review is for the service/parts department only and does not reflect sales or other areas of the dealership. Unfortunately, I cannot post this review with 0 stars.I purchased a 2021 Kia Sorento SX (4 cylinder/2.5L Turbo) in Ohio this past June. I scheduled my first 5/6k service (oil change and tire rotation), online, at Paramount Kia in Asheville, NC. The price listed on their website was $66.90. I took my Sorento in for the scheduled service on 8/24. Service was performed in a timely fashion. This is where things go awry....I was handed an invoice for $174. My jaw hit the floor. I objected and stated the online price listed was $66.90. They tried to explain that they only the best full synthetic oil (0W-30). I understand that full synthetic oil is expensive and my vehicle requires 6 quarts of it, hence the ~$70 oil change. I looked at the invoice breakdown and they are charging $18.99 per quart. After more haggling, they ended up taking $50 off my invoice. I paid and left. Still not satisfied and feeling I was gouged, I called two more Kia dealerships (Celebration Kia in Lewis Center, Oh where I purchased my Sorento and Kia of Greer in SC) to check their prices for the same service. Their oil change/tire rotation services cost $59 and $69 respectively (includes 0W-30 full Synthetic oil and tire rotation). To further prove this is potentially price gouging, the oil Paramount Kia is using can be purchased at AutoZone for $8.99 a quart (Mobile1 0W-30 Full Synthetic). Dealerships/service centers typically purchase oil in bulk passing along the savings to customers.So, if you are taking your newer model Kia, requiring full synthetic oil, to Paramount Kia for regular oil changes and you are being charged these kind of prices...you are probably being gouged folks. Take your business elsewhere. I Will never take any of my vehicles back to Paramount Kia. I will be happy to drive an hour to Kia of Greer to have my Sorento serviced. Curious to hear if anyone else has had a similar experience.
Alexa is the BEST!!! Paramount Kia is blessed to have her!!! My sister-in-law was so nervous about buying a new car. She had been wanting one for at least a year. When we drove on the lot and Alexa approached us, it was like the stars aligned! We were on our way to Hendersonville for the day, so we made an appointment with her. Alexa and Amanda made the entire process so easy. They both put us at ease and were so very helpful. Our cup runneth over!!! I have owned three Kias over the years. The most recent one I purchased from Paramount in 2018. Recently the car has been burning through oil at a dangerous rate. I drive for Lyft and had a car load when it decided to lock up in rush hour traffic. I purchased this car with 10,000 miles as it was used for a demo. Turns out that makes it a pre-owned, which gives it a completely diffent warranty. Even though I was told I had a 10,000 mile warranty, runs out I do not. I feel lied to and deceived and will never purchase another car from them or a Kia from anyone and I advise you to do the same.,
