Brought an M3 to Chris for a pre-purchase inspection that was, hands-down, the most thorough PPI Ive ever seen. He discovered evidence of prior damage & repairs not mentioned on the Carfax report, which enabled me to negotiate a better price from the seller. He also explained all fault codes and e-mailed me photos of the primary points of concern. If I lived nearby I would absolutely take all my vehicles to him for service & repairs. Also thoroughly enjoyed talking shop with the guys in his garage. Recommend.

He has always done a really good job on my car. I literally will not take my BMW any where else and Im really picky about who works on my car and I feel really comfortable leaving my car with him. I would recommend him to anyone.

Chris & Team are outstanding. He fixed a bunch of things on my 08 BMW X5 and he tackled a super tricky issue with my sunroof and it works better than ever. I cannot rave about Joyner BMW & Chris enough - Ive been trusting Chris with my car for 2 years now and every time were done, I swear I am somehow more impressed & happy than before. I luckily live 5 minutes from his location, but I would recommend coming from any surrounding area to Chris over BMW or any other service center - you will get your value & more from this decision.Real life example - I got my brakes replaced by Chris a few months ago for almost HALF the price BMW charged me a few years prior. Unbelievable.Theyre honest, straight forward, timely, and reliable - cant ask for more.Thanks for everything, Chris!

Chris Joyner runs the best BMW service shop that I have been to hands down! I recommend all of my BMW friends to him. I drive over 1.5 hours to use his services, because he is so much better than the dealerships. He also is more experienced to deal with your BMW than most other private shops because he specializes in them.Chris not only does excellent work, but he genuinely cares about the health of his customers cars and walks you through what is wrong and makes sure you know how your car is doing. He is also very fairly priced.Unlike the dealership service centers, this shop is extremely honest. Chris does whatever it takes to make the situation right.In conclusion, this is the best shop around for miles and miles. My 100 mile drive is very well worth it.

Chris is a great mechanic and an honest guy. I trust his work, however as of 2019 he seems overwhelmed with the amount of business that he has and struggles to keep up. Unfortunately his customer service has suffered as a result. Ive had difficulty getting in touch with them and have had to take my car elsewhere because I cant get an appointment.

What an awesome shop with fantastic mechanics!!I went to this shop in a bit of a panic because the sunroof on my X5 wouldnt close and there was a storm looming... Although they were plenty busy, they took the time to look at the situation and run a diagnostic, AND gave me a very satisfactory solution to my issue. I would like to give a big shout out to Ian, the BMW mechanical wizard, who was super nice, and didnt give up until solving the puzzle of my broken sunroof. The shop owner was also very helpful and kind. The pricing was extremely reasonable and I left there feeling very grateful. I will most definitely be taking all my repair needs to them from now forward. Thank you!!

The only place for bummer owners to get honest and dependable service. Chris is by far the best in Asheville and you WILL NOT find a more honest and straightforward guy. When you go in (if you can get an appt], you will know what you need done. When you leave, you can drive away with confidence and not feeling taken.

I needed a fuse replaced in my 2016 x5. Chris performed the replacement in short order and we were back on vacation. Highly recommend this shop. AND, shame on Hendrick BMW in Charleston who said they performed the repair.
