If you’re considering using this company please DO IT! We were planning a small mountain top wedding and the other quotes we were getting around the area were insane. Mike and the Rental Me This crew exceeded all expectations. They were so kind, responsive, and easy to work with. They were so accommodating with the schedule around our venue and took so much stress off of me. They did an amazing job with the lighting and tables, as well as with the games we ordered. Their service and prices are unmatched. Will be suggesting them to all my friends with upcoming weddings in the area.

Working with this company was so easy! Mike and his team were so friendly and helpful. The communication couldnt have been better! They came to set up the tent and deliver everything for my daughters wedding exactly when they said they would and they came for the take down at the appointed time, even in the pouring rain. I am so glad that I found this company! They helped in making the wedding an absolutely perfect event!

Wonderful service and great prices for what I needed. I wish they had more delivery options. Also, I will not be returning, because the location is 0/10. I cannot stand to drive down Hendersonville Road, and avoid it whenever possible. There is no way to make a “quick trip” down Hendersonville Rd. Takes at least 30 minutes wherever you go, normally more, due to traffic. I will try to find somewhere not located on Hendersonville Rd next time I need equipment.

Im owner of Sunset Gatherings, an outdoor wedding venue in Burnsville. Because I promote my venue as Elegance Outdoors, presentation is especially important. Needing an extra event tent, I took a chance on Rental Me This. I received great service from first phone call to the (very) timely set-up, AND a beautiful tent! I needed extra chairs as well...I was quite impressed by how clean and new they looked. The entire experience went above my expectations. I definitely plan on doing business with Rental Me This again!!

Not only were Mike and Mason (and their delivery crew) professionals, but theyre simply kind individuals. They value what they do and it shows. We had to put together a wedding on-the-fly after Covid messed up my SILs plans, and the wedding was moved to Asheville. We ended up relying on Rental Me This heavily to equip us with what was necessary for a last minute outdoor wedding. We were constantly updating the head count and adding and taking away inventory, even up until the day before, and they were supportive every step of the way. Their humor and compassion calmed our stress, and they made excellent suggestions for the inventory. I would definitely trust Rental Me This to equip your event!

We came to Asheville with plans of kayaking on the French Broad River. We gad called a rental place ahead of time and were told they had hundreds and no reservation was needed. Showed up and they were booked up completely.Called these guys and they were able to help in a pinch, and were less expensive. If you dont need a shuttle or tour but want to rent some kayaks, this is the place to. So friendly and their dog, Bruno, is the sweetest pup around.

We had a wonderful experience with Rental Me This providing tables, chairs, table cloths, and a tent and lights for our wedding back in June. We were originally going to pick up and return the materials to save a little money, and Mike called me the day before the wedding and told me that they would deliver the materials. This took so much stress off of my family and I, and I really appreciate how kind and personable they were! The pavilion was decorated beautifully with lights, and they took hours to make sure everything was set up just how we wanted it. I highly recommend using their services for your event as they are kind, organized, and easy to communicate with. After meeting with four rental companies to discuss providing tents, tables, chairs, and lighting for our wedding reception, we went with Rental Me This and are very happy we did. They were communicative, kind, and reliable. They came two days beforehand and set up everything--in the rain! And then came and took it down a couple days after the reception. Their prices are competitive with the other places we looked at, to boot. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again if we have need of their services.

I got call saying they were running behind asking me if they could switch out the tent I asked for. When they got to the destination they still didn’t have everything to put the tent up. My bride was told the tent she wanted was to hard to put up. My bride was very upset. So I wasn’t happy.

I had a great experience here! The employees were all genuinely friendly, they really went out of their way to help me, and the sound equipment i rented worked out perfectly and was had at a great price. I highly recommend this spot and i will be a return customer!

I cannot say enough about the fantastic experience I had with Rental Me This this past weekend. From my initial conversations with James to working with Nate with set up and take down, these guys are amazing to work with! We rented an inflatable castle for my sons 3rd birthday. The inflatable was better than James described, Nate made it fit perfectly in our space, and and delivery /pick up went seamlessly! I will use these guys in the future- our party would not have been a success without them!!

I just have to say that the customer service I experienced today with Rental Me This was amazing. If you look at the attached screenshot I sent an email requesting a quote a 3:16 PM and by 3:37 PM Derek had responded by email with answers to all of my questions and an incredibly affordable quote attached. All of this on the Friday of solar eclipse weekend, which is crazy here in Asheville. Vacationing in Asheville, I decided it would be fun to have a few games around our cabin while my family stayed the week. James was so excited to tell me about all of his products and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Delivery was flexible and on time. You can bet well rent again- it felt good to support a local business!

Great prices and selection, with the owner even allowing me to pick up and return the equipment after the store had closed. Will definitely rent equipment from here again if needed in the Asheville area.

Rented a speaker here for an event and it couldnt have been easier. Super good prices, really friendly staff, and really simple process.

Bottom line, I just dont trust these guys. They dont seem to care about your event and will be calculating and conniving to make a buck. Rude and impersonal. A hassle could have been avoided with a couple of phone calls made in advance but instead they took the path of making assumptions, charging me for their assumptions and then hassling me literally on my honeymoon over $60. Mind you this $60 was not way overdue, it has been a matter of weeks. Nice. Really classy.
