Simply special! We were eloping in the mountains of Asheville, NC, and needed a limo service that will transport us from Airbnb to Triple Falls then to Black Balsam. Out of all the limo services I contacted, Special Occasions Limo had the best rate and an attentive team. Linda helped me get things settled and even notified me of a possible issue with the limo reaching our Airbnb the night before our service was scheduled. With a special request that I couldnt see the bride before I got married, the owner Robin Luiz extended an extra offer to help make this happen [I wont go into details] but all I can say is - the customer service is top-notch in my books. The crew showed up ahead of scheduled pick-up to evaluate the challenge of getting the stretch limo down a gravel road, and after several minutes, theres a plan which was executed including transporting the bride from the Airbnb to the stretch limo waiting on a paved road up the street using a town car. Our drivers T & Jennifer were amazing at getting us to our locations safely, extremely friendly, and attentive to details. The vehicles were clean and seemed to be well-maintained. Driver called before showing up on time. It was our anniversary and they had a dozen roses 🌹 on water in the limo. They went the extra mile to make it enjoyable. The ride was mint and everything worked inside. We worth the money 💰.

These people really know how to run a business. The communication was excellent with Linda every step of planning, our driver was so wonderful, the bus was clean and updated. I even got a handwritten thank you note! We bar hopped but spent more time in the bus because we were having so much fun just driving around and singing. Will absolutely use them again!

I requested a quote for a town car to drive my parents to the Grove Park Inn on Aug. 24. This was my 99 year old father and his 96 year old bride of 70 years date for their 70th Anniversary. On my second call to finalize the arrangements, I was told that the person who helped must not have known what I was asking and was then given a price almost triple of the original quote. If anyone at Special Occassions had been apologetic or in the least bit understanding about this milestone event in my parents long life, it would have made it less stressful. We are all so thankful that we found a limo service that had a sense of community and was passionate about the people of Asheville.
