I love EVERYTHING, from the friendliness of the staff to how sparkling clean and respectful it is. I love to see Melanie, Mario and Felicia every morning with a smile! They are always willing to help. I love that you guys are back to the 24/5. Honestly, I dont have enough good words to describe my perfect experience at this gym :) Love youll.

Constant extra fees and the facility isnt very good. canceled membership because I literally never go there and they charged a fee for that as well. dont waste you time.UPdate. Got charged again this month and called up to figure out why after 2 months am I still being charged. no help from club management. having to stop payment on my banks end and that is costing me another 38 dollars. THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES

I love this gym! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I go to the Asheboro PF although I live in Greensboro and have several other locations that are closer to me. The atmosphere just feels laid back and I love that!

I just started going to the gym, but I am highly thankful for all of the precautions they have in place due to COVID. Other local gyms don’t seem to care about public health like Planet Fitness does. I also love it because they are usually never crowded so it is easier to space out.

Very nice facility. Enjoyed the visit while in the area for an overnight stay. Hotel gym closed and with my black card membership was able to take advantage of this planet fitness close to where we stayed.

PF is always immaculately clean... including the locker room. Its nice to exercise in an environment where regular people can feel comfortable and muscle-bound heavy lifters are nowhere to be found. Very happy with my decision to join Plantet Fitness.

No one enforces wearing a mask at all, of course it’s mostly Karen: the entitlement is real. I’m sweating and working out, having a cloth over your face isn’t hard. It’s not just one person. At least at the other locations people take action to obey the law.

Canceled mine and my husbands membership a month ago (on the same day) because of covid exposure chance. We are older and have under lying health conditions plus we take care of my elderly parents and didnt want to take a chance. Was told they would wave having to come in to do so at that time. We both have had covid and my husband ran a fever of 105 and was deathly sick for a week when he had covid. Staff did not note my husbands account at that time but did note my account. They took money from our account this month for my husbands account so I call and they said they would need a letter to do so but after talking to manager at 5:00pm on 10/20/20 they once again said they would cancel without a letter or having to come in...but refuse to refund our money. Times have been tuff because of covid we had 50 dollars left to our name for the week. Now we have 18 dollars to to last us til Friday when we get paid again. So sad that at this time of struggle that such a big money making franchise would take from honest hard working people.

I love this gym. Being a beginner when it comes to working out Im always nervous about joining a gym. The machines are easy to use and understand and the staff are very helpful. Love that I get to use the hydro massage chair after a good workout.

Spacious, new equipment, clear instructions and very orderly. The down side your back card member vip guest cannot use the tanning or massages. Thats a bummer.

Great place to workout. Very clean. Equipment maintained well. Wish it stayed 24hrs. Like it was when I joined. I enjoy not having to watch the clock..other than that very little time spent in line for weights. None as far as cardio goes. So enjoy getting your workout on!

Great gym with lots of space and friendly staff. Rarely have to wait for machines and would have given 5 stars but unfortunately they are not open 24 hours on the weekends anymore. Since my employer is open 24/7 and I work second shift I have a hard time makeing it to they gym on weekends before 7. Change back to 24/7 and Ill change to 5 stars. Other than this minor inconvenience I love this gym and will continue to go.

Am not even a full resident and I have felt so comfortable and at home at this gym. The staff is informative and friendly, and the aesthetic is so pleasing...it’s clean & super organized. Everyone who attends the gym actually wipes down the equipment after each use...it’s fabulous (and sanitary). When you go, ask for the trainer, Will. He showed me moves and techniques that I never knew about the machines and my muscles. He is also available and willing to train you even if there isn’t a class, which is SO awesome (especially when you need accountability like me)

A good place to work off some stress and get fit. Clean facility and helpful staff. The hydromassage alone is worth the price of admission. Ive recommended as many people as I can tho try this place out.

I recently came as a guest and was about to join today but saw on website that the Asheboro site is not open 24/7 or weekends. What are the hours ? Loved the gym on my guest trip but will wait on posted hours before joining.

I joined another gym once and only went for a month. I hated it but planet fitness is really a whole other planet. I’ve been going for about 6 months now and I don’t plan on stopping. Super friendly and clean environment and the staff are great. I went with the regular membership this year but I think next year I will be upgrading to black card. This place is where I come to relax and it would be nice to do the massage chairs. And well worth the price.

Nice place, just getting started. Crowded at times, but thats to be expected. Plenty of equipment, weight training and cardio.

I signed up at Planet Fitness when they first opened because they were an inexpensive 24/7 access gym. But they do not have enough weight training equipment and free weight and the other members are inconsiderate slobs. It also isnt as clean as it was when they opened.Since I joined, they also started closing in the evening Friday-Sunday..I am dissatisfied with this facility and I will be canceling my membership and switching to Workout Anytime 24/7 in the same shopping plaza.

This is the best gym deal in town. All the equipment is new and well maintained, the facility is very clean every where you look. The staff is friendly and helpful. I once unknowingly locked someone elses keys in a locker with my stuff one day. The manager had to cut my lock to get the other persons keys out. He came and found me and gave me a new lock at no cost to me. That is good customer care.

Very helpful employees. The young man with the dancers build is terrific! He should be a manager! I only have 4 stars because they dont offer things other gyms have such as pools, steam rooms, etc. However, their hydromassage beds and other massage beds are terrific!

People are nice and equipment is the best I used in asheboro.

I LOVE this facility!!! Its always nice and clean (I swear theres a staff member cleaning the equipment every, single time I go), the shower and dressing stalls are readily accessible and convenient, and the staff are always extremely friendly and eager to assist!!! Two thumbs up!!

This gym is a rip off. They hide all of their fees in an agreement that they e-sign themselves. None of the fees are listed online, and the agreement is submitted without permission. I cant even cancel my subscription without having documentation of my leave to boot camp, or pay a $58 cancellation fee. This gym charges a $39 anual fee that they hide in the automatically signed and submitted agreement. Unless you are okay with the agreement, and getting charged an extra fee, DO NOT GO HERE.

This gym is nice a bit smaller than the usual Planet Fitness I been too and since the next planet Fitness is about 30 miles away this gym could get pretty packed!

Lots of equipment. Not fantastic for bodybuilding but overall a great gym and set up. Very clean and doubt you will ever have to wait for cardio equipment.

I normally get in after 11p & when I got my membership it was 24/7, but since has changed. Still, Staff & Members are Modest & Great people, extremely comfortable, great atmosphere, excellent cardio equipment, functional & adaptable free weights & pully equipment, along with a number of Icarrian type exercise equipment. Awesome Black card equipment (tanning bed & stand up, massage chairs & hydro massage beds) just about any class you want or need they have... Now the down side. They reduced their operation hours to 24/5, they say, actual is 24/3 Monday they open at 5a & Friday they close at 9 or 10p . All I know is my 11p-2a schedule is strictly Mon-Thurs. Then they dont have Hammer Strength free weight equipment, also a limited but still functional dumbbell arrangement. For me as a Veteran getting a little older with service injuries, except for the hour change, its perfect & I still wouldnt go anywhere else.

On the fence.Its not a normal gym dont expect to be able to just work out. Be gentle which Im kind of for that a couple of gyms Ive been to lately are a little abused. And omg dont take your hug of what. This judge free zone actually has a name for you......Im thinking they are judging you and putting you in your own category. Dont get that. Judge free zone my a... went from white card to black card. Was told of all the benefits even the free bag? Hmmmmm. So as not for you to get confused on this one. Its not the bag on display. Ots on of those drawstring bags you would send a kid to school with. So dont even ask for it. Not worth carrying to car.All in all.Decent mostly machines some free weights.Dont make a sound the alarm will go off.Havent heard it yet....lolDont take water theirs is better for youPeople at both locations Lexington and Asheboro are very nice.Think twice about the black card really not much an advantage. You will be in a contract with it. Give it six months before you do it.
